Public Policy and Partnership: Hope Haven will convey information to and engage its partners with the opportunities and challenges that impact service delivery for those we serve and their communities.
ODEP TA Proposal
Employment First Organizational Transformation Proposal (Oct 2015)
We will build a “Change Agent Culture” that will equip staff throughout the agency to bring about the shift to employment and day habilitation services being delivered in the clients’ home community throughout the agency.
Develop a communication strategy and plan for the continued shift to employment and day habilitation services being delivered in the clients’ home community, with employment being the number one priority, and communicate that to clients and guardians/family members.
Effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders (agency staff and board members; funders and referral sources; employers and community leaders) the rationale and values statement for the shift to employment and day habilitation services being delivered in the clients’ home community with employment being the number one priority.
Organizational Asessment
