START & FINISH IN AYERS ROCK AIRPORT (ULURU)

Day 1: Uluru (Meals - L, D)You will be picked up from either Ayers Rock Resort or Ayers Rock (Uluru) Airport at midday.** We then have lunch and visit the Aboriginal Cultural Centre where you can learn about the Dreamtime, before starting your Uluru Base Walk. Take in the spiritual significance of Kantju Gorge, Mutitjulu Waterhole and see Aboriginal Cave paintings. Enjoy a guided Mala Walk before dinner as you watch sunset over Uluru. We will then spend the night at the Ayers Rock Campground in swags. Toilets and showers are available.

Day 2: Uluru Sunrise & Kata Tjutta (Meals - B)Take in a memorable Uluru Sunrise over the World’s Largest Rock. You will then head to the Valley of the Winds at Kata Tjuta. Your guide will explain about bush tucker and rock formations along the hike. You can be dropped off at Ayers Rock (Uluru) Airport prior to your flight or Ayers Rock Resort to finish the tour. (Most departure flights can be met, please contact us to confirm the drop off time before booking flights.)

Day 3: Kings Canyon (Meals - B,L)After breakfast, enjoy a 3 hour hike through the sandstone domes of the Lost City. Visit the Amphitheaters, North and South Walls and the beautiful Garden of Eden. Time to relax afterwards as we drive to Erldunda for lunch. You will arrive back in Alice Springs at approximately 5.00pm. You will spend one night at the YHA Alice Springs (included in package in a 6 share mix dorm room). Back to civilization, get cleaned up and meet your guide for dinner and a couple of beers at The Rock Bar at 7.00pm (meals from $10).

Day 4: Transfer bus from Alice Springs to Ayers Rock (Uluru) AirportTransfer from YHA Alice Springs at 5:30am back to the Ayers Rock (Uluru) Airport. You have a 6 hour bus trip to Ayers Rock (Uluru) Airport and will arrive at 11:30am.

Day 1: Kings Canyon (Meals - L, D)You will be picked up from your accommodation at 5.30am, first destination Kings Canyon. Enjoy a guided 3 hour hike through the sandstone domes of the Lost City*. Visit the many Amphitheatres*, North & South Walls and the beautiful Garden of Eden*. Next stop, Curtin Springs where we set up our bush camp. Your guide will prepare a healthy camp-oven dinner. Relax around the fire then curl up in your cozy swag under a million stars.

Day 2: Kata Tjutta & Uluru Sunset (Meals - B, L, D)We leave our bush camp at sunrise and head to Yulara campground for a quick shower before heading to the Valley of the Winds at Kata Tjuta. Your guide will show you some bush tucker along the hike before heading to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre where you can learn about the Dreamtime. You will then go on a guided Mala Walk and spend the evening enjoying dinner at the spectacular Sunset over Uluru. Witness the awesome sight of Uluru changing colour. We spend this night at the Ayers Rock Campground. Toilets and showers are available. Day 3: Ulur_u Sunrise (Meals - B)Take in a memorable Uluru Sunrise over the World’s Largest Rock. You then have time to complete the Uluru Base Walk. Take in the spiritual significance of Kantju Gorge, Mutitjulu Waterhole and Aboriginal Cave paintings.
