ga the r ing o f t he L a r g e s t P a i n t fraternity Meeting in the wor ld , be ing organized by the world's largest paint association. The Genesis for the Confernce was born at the Chintan Baithak of ISSPA held in Delhi on ---- wherein it was mandated upon the president to conduct the conference within a span of one year on a grand scale. As all are aware it is a challenging task to plan and execute this event and more impor tan t ly to p rov ide satisfaction to each and every member. We have tried to accommodate and register each and every member, but still many would have been left behind, due to their late registrations and capacity constraints. ISSPA always operates on the FCFS—First Come First Served basis and thus the important lesson to be learned by al members is to rush their registrations once an event is announced.

performing well. ISSPA constitution which was made years back is now undergoing a major
change and will be ready by September 2011. The technical committee which has been formed
recently has been doing well. The taxation committee has also formed, he said.
Incoming presidents drive in all associations drive the association in their own personal style and
some times bend rules. In order to prevent such occurances there is a need to set up watertight
constitution and systems
