Monday, April 4th- Departure Day from USA

Tuesday, April 5th

Tour Details: Arrival into London, Afternoon at Leisure, Welcome Dinner

Upon arrival, please make your own way to the Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel.

We do not have any planned activities during the day so that you can relax from your overnight flight and be ready to start touring tomorrow morning. You may want to start some sightseeing or do a little shopping on your own this afternoon!

Please meet in the hotel Conservatory at 6:00 PM for our private, 3 course welcome dinner.

Wednesday, April 6th

Tour Details: London Panoramic Tour and Changing of the Guard, Afternoon Tea at Fortnum and Mason, Late Afternoon and Evening at Leisure

We will begin our Panoramic Tour of London at The Houses of Parliament, also known as the Palace of Westminster and home of the British government and Big Ben, named after the 13 ton bell in the Clock Tower.

Then we will watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. A spectacular ceremony involving the marching soldiers and imposing mounted guards exchanging duty with the old guard. The handover is accompanied by a Guards band.

From here we will have a tea party at the famous Fortnum and Mason at 12:30 PM. The tranquil Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon was opened by HM The Queen and has since become a stylish destination for the most traditional of afternoon teas. No need to bring your white gloves, but it will be in grand style!

Thursday, April 7th

Tour Details: A Focus on Lady Diana- Kensington Palace and Diana Memorial in Hyde Park, Afternoon at Leisure for Shopping We will explore the secret and public lives of the Palace’s inhabitants. Discover stories from Queen Victoria’s life told in her own words in the new Victoria Revealed exhibition; master the games of Royal Court in the magnificent King's State Apartments; get a glimpse of a modern Princess in a small but special exhibition of some of Diana's dresses and uncover the secrets of a fragile dynasty in the beautiful Queen's State Apartments.

Diana Memorial Playground and Memorial Fountain in Hyde Park are located next to her Kensington Palace home. The playground is a fitting tribute for a Princess who loved the innocence of childhood. The fountain design aims to reflect Diana's life, water flows from the highest point in two directions as it cascades, swirls and bubbles before meeting in a calm pool at the bottom. The Memorial also symbolizes Diana's quality and openness.

This afternoon is your free time in London. You may want to head over to Harrods for some shopping, make a visit to the London Eye, Westminster Abbey or whatever’s on your must-do list. Make it count!

Friday, April 8th Tour Details: Highclere Castle and Bampton Group Dinner at Charingworth Manor

We are on our way to Highclere Castle this morning. Whether or not you are a Downton Abbey Fan, you will be delighted to be one of the special, limited number of guests to have the opportunity to tour this spectacular manor home along with the lovely gardens and grounds. This will be a highlight of the tour for sure!

We will also stop by Bampton, the beautiful little town where the Downton village scenes are filmed. Bampton’s Church Square has been the main location for the village of Downton since the series began.

Tonight we will arrive at our Cotswold hotel just before the evening meal together. Unpack and enjoy the quiet grounds of this lovely manor house.

Our intimate John Greville Restaurant, with its AA rosette accolade, is one of the most exciting dining experiences in the Cotswolds. Produce is locally-sourced by the chefs from the fertile Gloucestershire land.

Saturday, April 9th Tour Details: Cotswolds Tour and Blenheim Palace Cotswolds Country Tour Group Dinner at Charingworth Manor

The Cotswolds area is one of England's favorite destinations; in a beautiful rural setting. The Cotswolds is a region of gentle hills, delightful cottages of local mellowed stone and secluded manor houses.

See villages with such quaint names as Shipton-under-Wychwood, Upper and Lower Slaughter, as well as Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway, famous for their antique shops.

Enjoy lunch at an ancient pub or maybe a traditional afternoon tea in one of the pretty village tea shops. The Cotswolds are well-known for gentle hillsides (‘wolds’), outstanding countryside with river valleys, water meadows sleepy ancient limestone villages, historic market towns and for being so ‘typically English’ where time has stood still for over 300 years.

We will also make a stop at Blenheim Palace. Set in 2100 acres, the exquisite Baroque Palace is surrounded by sweeping lawns, formal gardens and the magnificent lake. Inside, the scale of the Palace is beautifully balanced by the intricate detail of the hand painted ceilings and the amazing porcelain collections, tapestries and paintings displayed in each room.

Sunday, April 10th Tour Details: Waddesdon Manor and Cotswolds with Transfer to Bath, Group Dinner at Johann Lafer at The Gainsborough

Waddesdon Manor was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild in 1874 to display his outstanding collection of art treasures and to entertain the fashionable world. The 45 rooms on view combine the highest quality French furniture and decorative arts from the 18th century with superb English portraits and Dutch Old Masters.

The Victorian garden is considered one of the finest in Britain with its parterre, seasonal displays, fountains and statuary. At its heart lies the aviary, stocked with species once part of Baron Ferdinand's collection.

Monday, April 11th Tour Details: Bath and Bradford on Avon

Bath was founded as a health spa by the Romans and the Roman Baths remain among the finest antiquities in the country. In the 18th century Bath was again developed into an elegant Georgian health resort to which the fashionable world flocked for the season.

Jane Austen is perhaps the best known and best loved of Bath's many famous residents and visitors. She lived here from 1801 to 1806. Her intimate knowledge of the city is reflected in two of her novels, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion, which are largely set in Bath.

Bradford-on-Avon is a small historic town in the English county of Wiltshire, just eight miles from Bath. There are several interesting historic sites for the tourist to visit, delightfully quaint streets and buildings to investigate, and a good choice of restaurants and tea-rooms.

Tonight the complimentary Bath House in our hotel is open for our use from 8:00- 10:00 PM so bring your swimsuit. We may need some healing thermal waters towards the end of this tour!

Tuesday, April 12th Day at Leisure in Bath 3:30 PM Departure to Heathrow Airport Hotel

We are staying in heart of historical Bath so get out and enjoy all there is to do here. Some of my favorites: the Bath Costume Museum, Sally Lunn’s Buns (need I say more…they’re delicious and quite famous), a walk to the Royal Crescent, shopping for last minute souvenirs are just some ideas to get you started with your day.

• Airfare. This is a land only tour price. Tour participants are responsible to purchase airline tickets

• Meals that are not stated as included in the itinerary • Any activities such as shopping, admissions, concerts, or museum visits not

included in the above list of covered expenses • Any charges incurred for special individual services or incidentals will be paid

by the tour participant to the hotel • Any transportation for the activities the client might choose during leisure

time and not specifically included in the tour.

• Deposit and Payment Deadlines

• A deposit of $500 per person is required to hold space along with signed copy of the Terms and Conditions Form and Application Form. This will be applied to the full price of the tour.

• Payment can be made by check payable to: Take Me To Europe, LLC, 3103 Poplar Place, Sugar Land, TX 77479 • Please note that you have the option to pay by credit card with Pay Pal but

there will be an additional 3% charge as the price quoted for the tour is a cash only price.

After the deposit is made, your remaining balance will be divided into two payments:

First payment due by November 4, 2015 Second payment due by February 4, 2016

Please note the tour will be filled in order the deposits are received.

Why not set a US dollar price now?

Due to the possible fluctuation of the dollar between now and when the payment is due, the tour price must be set with the GBP- British Pound. A statement will be mailed to you 10 days in advance of payment due with estimated current exchange rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• From time of deposit until 101 days prior to departure date: a $175 penalty will be charge for cancellation.

• Cancellations 100-71 days prior to departure date: 25% of package rate retained by Take Me to Europe, LLC



• Cancellations 15 days or less before departure date or no-show: 100% of package rate retained by Take Me to EuropeNo refunds will be made to tour participants for unused package services once travel arrangements begin.

•If Take Me to Europe, LLC for any reason whatsoever cancels the trip, all partial and/or full payments will be refunded in full without any further obligation on their part.

Safety and Responsibility

Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by Take Me to Europe, LLC, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, subway, bus or other means of transportation; the forces of nature; political unrest; and accident or illness in areas without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Take Me to Europe, LLC will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. It is understood that Take Me to Europe, LLC will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.

Please note that handicapped facilities do not always exist in Europe, therefore passengers must be able to negotiate steps and be able to walk several miles each touring day without assistance or difficulty.

It is each tour participant’s responsibility to obtain the required travel documents. U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport for travel outside the US. The U.S. State Department requires that your passport be valid 6 months from the date of your return.

Verify with your health insurance provider of coverage available while abroad. Take Me to Europe, LLC strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance that will provide a peace of mind with your travel investment.

Take Me to Europe, LLC is responsible to you in making arrangements for the services offered in the package itinerary. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing package services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employees, partners, or joint ventures of Take Me to Europe, LLC. The tour participant agrees that Take Me to Europe, LLC shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing package services, or any insurer or insurance administrator or any other person.

If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Take Me to Europe, LLC, Take Me to Europe, LLC will arrange for the provisions of comparable services, when possible.
