From developing people and leading teams to shaping an organizational culture, inspiring employees to managing complex change, leadership requires advanced skills. Many leadership curriculum offer competency training but few provide a developmental map for closing critical performance gaps. Winning from Within™ can serve as that missing link. Winning from Within™ is offered as a two day training or as an internal trainer certification program to cascade it through your company. It focuses on participants’s leadership blind spots and helping them widen the range of behaviors available to them in business critical conversations. Executives and high potential leaders need the internal strengths and external skills to lead in the most essential dimension of any organization—the domain of human capital.

Skills Training: We offer one and two day on site training programs in a range of management competencies. Our foundational courses are based on the Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School: Negotiation Essentials, Masterful Conversations and Resolving Conflict. We also offer the following capability building programs: Adaptive Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Performance Management.

Executive Coaching Services: Our coaching model focuses on increasing self-awareness, improving business impact and supporting holistic growth. Our approach is action learning based, using real time business applications to drive insights and shift behavior.

Leadership Development/Personal Mastery Programs: We have pioneered extended field and forum learning journeys with a focus on interpersonal skills, leading transformational change and driving organizational health. These programs can be targeted for top teams, high potentials, change catalysts and women leaders. We also offer two, three and five day on site training programs in Personal Mastery and High Performance to cultivate emotional intelligence, accountability and adaptive leadership skills.

Intervention Services: We provide consultation and support for intact teams in two different situations: functional teams who aspire to reach their potential for high performance; and teams in breakdown who seek to restore fundamental performance. Services include diagnostic work and review of a situation analysis; identification of fault lines in a team, or opportunities for growth; targeted intervention with different constellations within the team; conflict mediation; one-on-one coaching; and crisis transformation.
