Summer Youth Trip to Nicaragua – July 14 – 22. We will be

working in the small town of San Carlos. A deposit of $100

is required by April 4. Total cost is $1,300 for ISBC

Women’s Ministry and WMU are working together on a

Gift Card Collection for NAMB Church Planter

Missionary Josh Carter (Jessica Poff’s brother) and four fellow

missionary families (16 children) serving in Portland, Oregon. You

may remember seeing the videos a couple of weeks ago. These

families moved there to share Jesus and are far away from family.

Portland, is a cutting-edge city that is directing the course of

culture. Some Portlanders call their home the new Sin City, as

evidenced by the fact they now have more strip clubs per capita

than any other city in the U.S. Most residents claim no religious

affiliation and are tolerant of any and all religions, but are opposed

to the idea of an exclusive way to heaven. It has been said there are

more Christians in India per capita than there are in Portland. Your

support through the Cooperative Program and the Annie

Armstrong Easter Offering can help change that. Pray for Josh’s

team as they seek church partners and strong relationships in their

community to share Jesus. This is a very difficult area of ministry

and we want to encourage them by sending gift cards to purchase

needed items for their families. We will be collecting gift cards for

Target, Walmart, Amazon or Visa. Watch for more details next

week.

Mission Dolls & Sewing Kits: Tuesday, April 5 HRC WMU is having

a workday to make Mission Dolls and sewing kits which are used in

ministries locally and internationally and would welcome anyone
