NEW TODAY: Starting Monday, May 3rd, both Cohort A and B will attend campus in person four days a week on Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, following the same schedule 8:15-12:50 Brown/Gold Days. Cohort C will remain at home, online
distance learning. All Covid protocols will continue: physical distancing now at 3 ft. (current CDPH guidelines), health screening in-place, mask
coverings required, and health/safety protocols in place. Students who are absent from in-person learning due to symptoms, illness or quarantine, may attend distance learning with
Cohort C, please contact the office and report absence. Students will not be allowed to move between in-person learning to distance learning or distance learning to in-person without
conferencing first with administration and space availability, adhering to the physical distance guidelines. If you have any questions or inquiries, please connect with our front office. Reuben "Boy" Scholarship: Open to all High School graduating seniors planning to attend a college, university, or vocational school in the Fall of 2021.
1. Complete the questionnaire/application available in the Counseling Center. 2. Attach a copy of your Williams Jr/Sr High School Senior Brag Sheet
3. Submit a Williams Jr/Sr High School Transcript with packet All packets must be submitted to the counseling office no later than Friday, May 7, 2021.
If you are interested in attending Woodland Community College this Fall 2021, please sign up by calling the office and you will be contacted by their staff. They will help you apply and register for college.
THE CITIZENS FOR A BETTER WILLIAMS SCHOLARSHIP: The Citizens for a Better Williams Scholarship is awarded to a graduating Senior, whose choices and passions reflect those
of Citizens for a Better Williams. It’s not about being the best student or the best athlete, it’s about volunteering and giving back to your community or to others in need.
This scholarship was established to inspire students to volunteer to make a difference, big or small, in our local community. The $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to the one student who exemplifies community service and meets the below criteria.
Eligibility Applicants to the Citizens for a Better Williams Scholarship must: • Be a graduating Senior from Williams Jr./Sr. High School • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher • Demonstrate a minimum of 50 hours in community service within the last 12
months • Demonstrate plans to attend an institution of higher learning, which may be a 2-year or a 4-year college, university, or vocational school.
Deadline: Must be received by May 10, 2021 Award Amount: $1,000.00 How to Apply Email the completed applications to [email protected] by May 10, 2021. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Additional Documents In addition to the completed Application, the Citizens for a Better Williams Scholarship also requires:
1. Two letters of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, coach, supervisor, or community leader. 2. A personal statement of no more than 900 words addressing: • Leadership ability in student and/or community service • An outline of school, community, and/or church involvement • Examples of leadership experiences that have taught you
about commitment and dedication 3. A telephone interview may be required.

Upward Bound is back!! Providing tutoring services Monday through Thursday from 2:30PM-5PM. Students are able to schedule an appointment with a tutor through this link https://wccub.setmore.com/ We will also be reaching out to every UB student and let them know that we are available and they are again required to complete their hour of tutoring each week. Office hours are available from 3PM-5PM every Tuesday and Thursday where
