1. Online presence 1.1. Project website The project website (www.euromov.eu/beathealth) has been mainly used as a repository for the

dissemination of the project (Publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference papers, presentations in conference, press media, etc.).

1.2. Twitter account Through the BeatHealth twitter account we have been sharing the progress of the project, connected with

several companies, associations and other research projects working in the same area as BeatHealth.

We designed a project flyer that presents the project to the general public including all our contacts. More than 500 flyers have been distributed in the different event the Consortium attended.

3. Participation to public events, science fairs, etc. [1] Presentation of the project and debate with Henkjan Honing at Handelsbeurs (200 participants), Gent

organized by “De Buren” on the occasion of the publication in EOS (Popular Science journal). 07/10/2013.

[2] Project presentation to the consortium at ECIR (European network on “Maintaining a focus upon learning at work for older employees: An interdisciplinary perspective.”) kick-off. 17/10/2013.

[3] Presentation by L. Damm of the BeatRun activities to Public during the French science day in Montpellier. 15/10/16.

4. Presentation of the project to end-users The BeatPark aspect of the projects has been presented to end-users (i.e., Parkinson Disease patients and

their relative, healthcare providers) many times over the time course of the project mainly through PD patients’ associations and foundations in France and Spain.

§ France Parkinson

Presentation by Valérie Cochen de Cock and her staff of the project during meetings of the France Parkinson Association gathering patients and care givers at different locations:

• Montpellier (01/12/2015) • Sète (03/06/2016) • Marseille (19/03/2016)

§ Réseau Parkinson Sud Est The Réseau Parkinson Sud Est is a network of healthcare professionals aiming to improve the quality of care using a multidisciplinary approach and the last scientific knowledge. The proof-of-concept has been advertise through their website and newsletter.

§ Parkinson 66 (http://www.parkinson66.fr/) is a regional association of patients with Parkinson’s disease close to

Perpignan. On the 28th of February 2014. The BeatHealth project is advertise on the association website.

§ Aspargi & Asparbi Aspargi and Asparbi are the associations for PD patients in Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia two of the provinces in the Basque Country with over 200 members each. A meeting was organized with the two directors of the associations, two physiotherapists, a psychologist and a social worker to present the BeatHealth project.
