ABOUT THE CONFERENCESustainable Growth may be dened as the realistically attainable

growth that a company could uphold without running into

problems. Creation of sustainable growth is a prime concern of

small business owners and big corporate executives alike.

Obviously, however, achieving this goal is no easy task, given rapidly

changing political, economic, competitive, and consumer trends.

Each of these trends presents unique challenges to business leaders

searching for the elusive grail of sustainable growth.

In this era of Globalization, Sustainable Growth of business through

innovation is a challenge, as innovation is the basis for Sustainable

Growth of a company. Business model transformations that once

took 10 to 20 years are now happening in as few as two to ve. To

stay competitive, leaders of innovative companies should be

prepared to act before they are beaten to the punch by smaller,

nimbler and, sometimes, invisible rivals.

The conclusion is that the importance on innovation is increasing as

well as the Growth of an organization which can sustain in the

market. In the current day economic scenario, innovation and

growth has become a major factor in strategic planning.

In this backdrop, Shodha - The SRC is organising Inter Collegiate

Student Conference on “Business Innovation for Sustainability”

and invites the research paper for the same.

OBJECTIVE OF THE CONFERENCEThe primary objective of this seminar is to ensure that students get an

opportunity to bring out their hidden talents and interact with the

expertise of industry and academic scholars.

The secondary objective is to make sure they gain a broader

understanding of the way the global economy operates. “Today's

students are tomorrow's leaders” and the magnitude of the

information assimilated ensures that their decision-making skills are

enhanced. This seminar makes sure that our learned and

experienced scholars add volumes of knowledge to their large pool

of resources. In short, the seminar aims to help students and scholars

think for ideas outside the box.
