WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:“Wow! What a place! You have truly done an amazing job restoring such a wonderful piece of history. The attention to details was astonishing and the place was so well stocked, we didn’t need to bring a thing except food and our toothbrushes. There was more than enough to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely be back!

Thanks again. The Wilsons”

We had a wonderful time. We went rafting down the river, rode four wheelers everywhere, roasted marshmallows over an open fire, laughed so hard we cried. We loved it, all 41 of us You can bet we will be back.

Barbara Youngman

Totally awesome! What great memories. If only we could have pushed the pause button to make our reunion last longer!

Tom & Sandra Childs

I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed a family vacation more than this year. What a blast using the fire pit and the huge room upstairs where we can all be together, kids and all. Thanks!

THE COURTHOUSEThe stately historic Piute County Courthouse, built

in 1903 is listed on the national registry of historic buildings and has been meticulously restored for your ultimate family reunion experience. Located in the very heart of Utah on scenic US Highway 89 makes it easily accessible year-round. Literally surrounded by Utah’s spectacular national parks, the Courthouse is fast becoming a family favorite for those wishing to share wonderful experiences under one very tall and magnificent roof.

The spacious Courthouse boasts 8 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a very well stocked full-size kitchen and a large dining room as well as the huge original court room equipped with a giant fireplace, air hockey, foosball, TV and the beautiful, handmade original judge’s bench. Couches, chairs and sleeping mats make this room a big hit. One of the five large walk-in vaults is actually a four bed bunk room kids absolutely love.

Perhaps the most interesting room is the library with its loft and 20 foot tall ceilings loaded with books, puzzles and a chess set, plus a beautiful view of Junction’s Main Street below. The library can also be used as an additional bedroom with the sleeper sofa provided.

The Courthouse is surrounded by expansive lawns with towering trees perfect for outdoor activities and offering plenty of room to park RVs or ATVs. An outdoor fire pit with wood is provided along with two barbecue grills, plenty of comfortable chairs and picnic benches. Our large toy shed will keep the kids entertained with a volleyball net, badminton, croquet, bikes and other fun games and toys. Cross the bridge over the canal and take advantage of our additional large grassy play area to pitch horseshoes or pitch a tent. A full size playground awaits just down the street at the town park.

Whether your family/group is large or small, everyone will find plenty of room and lots to do as you make memories that will last forever.

A MANSION ALL TO YOURSELF!

THE OLD CHURCHThe Old Church in Joseph Utah, originally

constructed in 1929, has been meticulously restored for your family vacation, reunion or group gathering. Centrally located in the heart of Utah, just 15 minutes south of Richfield and at the base of Fish Lake National Forest, the Old Church is a popular site for all types of family recreation and fun.

The Old Church now has seven wonderful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a large open and well stocked kitchen and dining room. The family/game room is very large and comfortable with many couches, chairs and sleeping mats. Enjoy videos on our DVD player. Kids will love playing ping-pong or pool. Perhaps someone in your group would like to play the old piano or sit and enjoy a good book or game of checkers. Outside, a large lawn and shade trees make for a great gathering spot.

In the evening enjoy the fire pit and barbecue. Wood is provided. The Joseph city park/playground is

next door, perfect for football, soccer, water balloon fights or other large scale activities kids and teens will love.

The Old Church is fast becoming a family favorite as our guests return year after year to enjoy everything this fine vintage building and the surrounding area has to offer!

Bunk HouseThe Bunkhouse, located on scenic highway 89 in

Junction, Utah, originally began in 1931 as a Dodge car dealership. Now, extensively remodeled, it is the perfect place for family reunions, vacations, seminars and other gatherings for family, friends and businesses.

It offers everything you need to meet, eat, retreat, sleep and play. The amenities include a humongous kitchen and dining area that will sit 30+ people, with all appliances, kitchenware and utensils necessary to feed an army, large sitting areas for conversation and socializing as well as a ping pong/pool table for racking them up.

The building accommodates 30 people in beds, with a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4 queen sleeper sofas.

The two large service bay doors have been purposely left in place and can be opened to merge the indoor living space with the starry nights and cool outdoor summer evenings for which Junction Utah is famous.

A covered patio on both front and back makes finding a shady spot never a problem. Throw some meat on the BBQ, stoke up the fire pit and get out the marshmallows for a fun evening of socializing. The backyard has a large grassy play area with pastures in the distance.

The Bunkhouse is directly across the street from the historic Junction Courthouse so it can be rented separately or in conjunction with the Courthouse to accommodate even larger gatherings.

The Paiute ATV TrailThe Paiute ATV Trail is located in

South-Central Utah and crisscrosses through Piute, Sevier, Beaver, Millard and Garfield Counties

passing directly through or adjacent to the towns of Salina, Richfield, Aurora, Elsinore, Monroe, Joseph, Junction, Circleville, Koosharem, Marysvale, Beaver, and many others. Most of these towns allow and welcome ATVs (All Terrain Vehicle) on their streets and offer gas stations, restaurants, stores and many hotels, RV campgrounds and bed and breakfasts for hungry and tired riders.

The entire trail consists of more than 900 miles making it the largest in the nation. The system was created by connecting old pioneer access roads and trails within the Fishlake National Forest to surrounding BLM land. The main trail is nearly 250 miles long and intersects over 800 miles of marked side trails and an estimated 1900+ miles of additional forest roads and trails open to ATVs and other recreational vehicles.

It is recognized by most major ATV organizations and recreational vehicle publications as one of the top 10 trail systems in the nation in size, scope and scenery. Elevations

along the trail range from 4,000 feet to a breathtaking 11,000 feet above sea level. The panoramas offer everything from sandy deserts

to densely forested alpine mountain vistas. Riders often encounter deer, elk and even mountain goats and big horn sheep. There are a number of fish filled lakes and streams along the trail.

The main loop can take up to 25 hours to complete; however, many of the loops and trails can

be finished in one day. A rider could conceivably spend weeks on the trail without ever passing the same

spot twice. The trail is best traversed during the spring through the fall as many of the higher elevations are snow packed during the winter.

The Paiute ATV Trail hosts two famous ATV Jamborees. The Fillmore National ATV Jamboree is held in June with 14 different trail rides for up to 500 riders. The Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree is held in September and offers over 70 guided trail rides for 650 riders. Each gathering features an ATV EXPO, mud bogs, ATV pulling contests, ATV Rodeos and much more.

The Paiute ATV Trail is also home to one of the best UTV (Utility Task Vehicle) Jamborees in the nation. The Paiute UTV Jamboree is held each August in Marysvale Utah.
