Manufacturer's Recommended*Time Between Overhauls (TBO) 1800 hours of operation

TRIAD AVIATION, INC., warrants the above described aircraft engine to be freefrom defects in materials and workmanship fumished by TRIAD for a period of one (1)year or 500 hours from the date of the first operation or 30 days after delivery as follows.

l. TRIAD will repair or replace on an exchange basis any engine or partsupplied which within the applicable one (1) year or 500 hour period isreturned to TRIAD and which upon exzrmination is found to be defective inmaterials and workmanship. All accessories provided with the engine arewarranted by the manufacturers and all their terms and conditions will apply.

After the expiration of the initial one (1) year or 500 hour period, this engineis further warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanshipfurnished by Triad, to the expiration of the manufacturer's recommended timebetween overhauls (TBO) as set forth above, on a pro-rated basis on PARTSONLY. The owner will pay a list price for a new engine or part utilized ineffecting such repair or replacement engine or part divided by the total hoursof warranty coverage (TBO) and then multiplied by the total numbers of hourson the repaired or replaced engine. For the purpose of calculating the pro-ration, a minimum of forfy (40) hours per month will be charged to the hoursof usage from the commencement date of this Limited Warranty, or actualengine usage whichever is greater.

Repair or replacement of any engine or part under this Limited Wananty willnot extend the period of waranty coverage as set forth above.

TRIAD will not assume any responsibility for transportation costs or loss ofrevenue in connection with the repair or replacement of any engine or partunder this Wananty, except in amount which TRIAD expressly agrees to pay,in writing. In order to obtain transportation costs, the engine or part must beshipped freight prepaid to TRIAD, and found to be defective in materials or

under this Wananty, they will be pro-rated on the same basis as described inParagraph2.

TzuAD will pay for reasonable labor cost associated with repair orreplacement under this warranty. The amount of labor costs allowed under

this Warranty will be that which is expended by TRIAD at its Burlingtonoperations, and/or approved by TRIAD in writing, in advance on field repairs.All such costs expended by or allowed by TRIAD shall be pro-rated on thesame basis as described in Paragraph2.

This Warranty applies to aircraft engines overhauled or supplied by Triadwhich have been properly operated, maintained, and serviced in accordance

with all approved operator's manuals, placards, service bulletins, serviceletters, and Airworthiness Directives which pertain to this make, model, and

serial number engine and the aircraft in which it is installed. This Warrantydoes not apply to any normal service for maintenance, such as tune ups,

inspections, adjustments, etc., nor to the replacement of normal service itemssuch as spark plugs, filters, belts, hoses, lubricants, etc. Any engine or partsupplied by Triad which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, ornEglect, or which has been installed, repaired, maintained, altered, or operatedin a manner that adversely affects the condition of the engine, shall not be

subject to any warranty protection or adjustment.

TzuAD reserves the right to change the price on any engine or part withoutincurring any responsibility with regard to engines or parts previouslysupplied by TRIAD.

This Wananty covers only you, the original purchaser and gives you specificrights, which vary from state to state. This Warranty may be assigned ortransferred. when TRIAD is notified in writing to such assignment or transfer.The work to which this Limited warranty applies is deemed to have beenaccomplished at Burlington, North Carolina, and in the event of a dispute onthis Warranty the laws of the State of North Carolina shall apply. To exerciseyour rights under this Limited Warranty, you must give prompt notice toTRIAD by telephone call or letter fully describing such defect or failure.

THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVEREMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR ORREPLACEMENT AS SPECIFIED ABOVE. THERE ARE NO OTHERWARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PART, COMPONENT AND ACCESSORY WARR/ANTYEagh part, component and accessory shipped from Teledyne Continental Motors' plant on or after August1,'1999 is warranted as follows:

For a period of twelve ('12) months or 500 hours of operation, whichever occurs first, after the warrantyactivation date, Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) will at its option repair or replace on an exchangebasis any part, component or accessory manufactured, rebuilt or supplied by it * which within theapplicable twelve ('t2) month or 500 hour period is returned to a TCM representative authorized tohandle the part, component or accessory covered by this warranty and which upon examination is foundto the satisfaction of TCM to be defective in material or workmanship. The warranty activation date is thedate the part, component or accessory is first operated for any use.

Repair or replacement of any part, component or accessory under this warranty will not extend theperiod of wananty coverage set forth above. TCM reserves the right at its opiion to ieplace any defectivepart, component or accessory with either a new or rebuilt part, component or accessory.

TCM will not assume any responsibility for any labor or transportation costs in connection with the repairor replacement of any part, componeni or accessory under this warranty.

This warranty applies only to parts, components or accessories manufactured or supplied by TCM.Nothing containeci herein shouid be construed as a warranty by TCM of any part, component oraccessory not manufactured or supolied by TCM. TCM accepts no responsibility for the failure of anypart, component or accessory which it does not manufacture or supply or damage resulting from suchfailure.

This warranty applies only to parts, components or accessories which have been installed, inspected ormaintatned in accordance with the instructions for continued airworthiness, including compliance with allapplicable service bulletins issued by TCM. the aircrafi manufacturer or any accessory or componentrnanufacturer. Performance cf recommended inspections and maintenance must be documented byappropriate logbook entrtes and a copy of the logbook must accompany any part, component oraccessory being retumed for warranty consideration.

This wananty does not apply to any part, component or accessory manufactured, rebuilt or supplied byT-CM installed in any engine wtrich (1) has been subject to misuse, neglect, improper storage or accideni;(2) has been installed, repaired, maintained or altered in any way that in ine'luOgmeni ot TCM hasadversely affected the condition of the engine; (3) has been operated inconsisteni wiin fCu and aircraftmanufacturer recommendations and limitations (such as, but not limited to engine RpM, temperature,manifold pressure, fuel flow and proper system adjustment) or (4) has been c-hanged from its originaiFAA certificated confi guration.

TCM will not be responsible.for repair or replacement of any part, component or accessory damaged orworn as a result of conosion, pre-ignitionidetonation, operation with non-calibrated englne giuges,improper fuel system adjustment, non-TCM approved fuei and oit grades or additives or installation ofparts, components or accessories that alter the engine's original type design.

TCM .reserves the right to change any part, component or accessory specifications or prices without

incurring any responsibility with regard to parts, components or accessories previously sold or replaced.

Sky-Tec warrants its starters to be free from defects inmaterials and workmanship for a period of two years ftomthe date of purchase. Sky-Tec will repair or replace anystarter it deternilnes to have failed under the terrns of thiswarranty if and only if the customer's original starter is sentto Sky-Tec for evaluation_

Alternatively, Sky-Tec may offer a warranty exchangeprogram to any customer requiring expedited replacement.The customer will be responsible for purchasing areplacement starter directly ftom Sky-Tec and retumingtheir original starter direcily to Sky-Tec for evaluation. lfthe starter rs found to have fuiled under the terms of thiswarranty, appropriate credit will be given to the customerfor the value of the starter plus domestic UpS Grouncjshioping charges. Customers will be responsible for anv:coitional axpecited shioping .lnarges. Alternatively, a:ustomer may r-eceive core credit i.egardless of,,varrantabiiity ;f ihe refurned starter.

To be considered eligible for warranW credit. DO NOTPURCHASE A REPLqCEMENT STARTER FROM ADEALER. Sky-Tec will nor offer warranty credit forreplacement starters purchased through a dealer. Allwarranty claims must be handled direcily with thernan ufacturer, S ky-Tec.

by removing or replacing any components notspecifically instructed andior supplied by Sky_Tec,o The starter is determined to have failed byapplication of voltage in excess of amouni specifiedon starter name plate (physicalevidence: arrnaturewill be splayed and/or exploded due to the forces ofover-rotation and the associated centripetal forceWITHOUT discoloration of commutator bars orwarping of brush insulator),

o The starter is determined to have failed byapplication of vottage in excess of cranking timesspecified on stader tas (shipped with all starters)which reads: 'Crank for no rnore than 10 secondsthen allow 20 seconds cooldown. Repeat up to 6times. Then let starter coolfor 30 min." (physicalevidence: copper armature bars are disCodred towhite/purple hues, brush wires are discoloredsimilarly, brush insulator is warped or scorched,smellof burnt metal evident, and/or meftedinsulation in motor area). This condition is oftencaused by the aircraft's starter contactor (solenoid)sticking "closed" beyond the pilot's intended periodof crankrng,
