Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Control and editing of all Quality System documents and templates.
Processing and follow‐through with the approvals and tracking of documents.
Use and follow the approval matrix for document revisions/updates.
Escalate if documents are not reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
Communicate the release of new and updated documents.
Follow up on Training to ensure completed and documented.
Monitor training records and ensure that they are up to date where applicable.

Using EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) as per client requirement registering all incoming and outgoing correspondences, MoMs, Drawings & technical submittals
Maintaining a register of all incoming and outgoing mail, stamping and recording of mail before circulating for distribution to the Project Manager as set out in BMS_Project Communication and Document Control and BMS_Site Supervision Quality Procedures or Project Specific
Responsible for Control/Track/Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, change orders, RFC, RFI, SIN,CVI,NCN, Letters, staff daily report, Submittals and other forms of pertinent documents from the client and subcontractors
Responsible for receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents and assisting in coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the work flow.
Opening new files in accordance with PQP for each new project
Maintaining all tracking records and ensuring that they are initialed when a file is taken from the filing room

Collecting faxes regularly, recording and sending for distribution to the individuals concerned, photocopying fax if it is marked for someone’s urgent attention and sending them accordingly with a copy to the Project Director /Manager.
Implement and maintain a coordinated and consistent filing system; ensure that all filing is up‐to‐date and in accordance with QSE procedures

The formal program is concerned with all the primary schools for Afghan refugees in the province of Khyber Pakhtun Khwa, Pakistan. The Non ‐formal program is dealing with the MCH as well as the male and female literacy courses. GTZ ‐BEFARe is also assisting AG BAS ‐Ed, an NGO inside Afghanistan in the female programs. AG BAS ‐Ed is using the same materials and methodology that are being used inside Pakistan, which are fully Afghanized. We have made here an effort to show what GTZ ‐BEFARe is doing in the field of Non‐ Formal Education for women.

Office Administrative / Store Supervisor: Worked as an Office Admin and Store Supervisor at UNHCR ‐ GTZ ‐ BEFARe Hangu Resource Centre since 17 March, 1997 to Nov, 2003, this project is implemented by German Agency for Technical Cooperation GTZ B.E.F.A.Re & is funded by United High Commission for Afghan Refugees UNHCR. Give on the job training to the instructors if and. when required. Assure that the instructors are following GTZ ‐BEFARe's teaching methodology. Arrange follow up training to the instructors after every 3 months. Make periodical achievement tests of the learners. Send regular reports to the section.
