Winnie Davis BiographySales Director at Coldwell Banker Quality Properties

Winnie Davis is the current Sales Director of Coldwell Banker Quality Properties. Shehas been an active practitioner in the real estate community for 30 years in the North East LosAngeles-San Fernando Valley Area. Winnie is one ofthe most visible women in the SanFernando Valley. She succeeded even when interest rates soared to eighteen percent and she'sstill personally selling homes today.

Her accomplishments include being the number one producer for over twenty years andbeing voted the most professional in sales by her peers. She is currently a member of the realtor'sInternational President's Circle and President's Elite Titles, whose membership requiresperformance in the top four percent of national sales.

In 2007, she served as the President of Southland Regional Association of Realtors(SRAR), one oflargest real estate associations in the nation with more than 12,000 associates.Winnie was presented with one of SRAR's highest honors, the "Association DistinguishedService Award," in 2004. She was recognizedthe very next year for the "Coldwell Banker NorthWest Region President's Award of Excellence," which was selected from out of 10,000 salesassociates. She is a Director of the California Association of Realtors and she was elected as aDirector of the National Association of Realtors in 2008. During her time on the SRAR LocalBoard, she served on the Governmental Affairs Committee, the Realtor Action Fund, and theEvents and Community Relations Committee. She was the chairwomen ofthe ExecutiveCommittee and the Diversity Leadership Training Institute.

She formerly served on Fair Housing Council for the City of Los Angeles where she wasa member ofthe Executive Committee. She has also participated on the Board of Directors forthe Economic Alliance of the Valley and the Los Angeles County tax assessor's Citizen AdvisoryBoard.

Along with her husband, James, Winnie has managed her own investment cooperation forthe past twenty years. Winnie is a long time Valley resident who has raised three grown children.
