    Curing Priming/Sealing and Surface Hardener Compoundfor Freshly Laid Concrete

    ProductDescription

    Antisol

    -WB is a liquid curing compound for preventing the evaporation of mixingwater in concrete. It is ready for use and simple to apply. It is un-degradablecompound, i.e. it is primer/sealer for another application.

    Antisol

    -WB complies with ASTM C 309-81 type 1 class A.Uses The Antisol

    -WB, which

    is suitable for trafficable surfaces. Antisol

    -WB is sprayed

    onto newly laid concrete surfaces to form a thin barrier against premature waterloss. Without disturbance to the normal setting action, the concrete is then allowedto cure and achieve maximum properties.

    Antisol-WB is particularly useful in large areas of exposed concrete, such as: Highways Runways and taxiways. Aprons and hard standings. Roof decks. Pre-stressed beams and piers. Irrigation canals/channels.

    Advantages Reduces incidence of plastic cracking. Ensure achievement of desired strengths. Minimise shrinkage. Reduces dusting. Increases frost resistance. Alleviates other costly methods such as Hessian - watering. Seals, prime & hardness of cement based composition.

    -WB well before use.

    The Antisol

    -WB has been designed for spray application to the newly laidconcrete. A thin film of Antisol

    -WB is applied to the whole surface using hand ormotor operated spray gun. For large areas and concrete trains.Application can be carried out by power driven automatic equipment.

    Cleaning Clean all tools and equipment with water.Important Antisol

    -WB is un-degradable compound, so no necessary to remove it. It can be

    consider as a primer for another application.
