Dear Parents/Guardian/Student,

You are fully aware of the orders of the Government and of Hon'ble Supreme Court

on the Anti!a""in" measures# As per the latest poli$y all students and

parent/"uardians are re%uired to submit an affidavit before a student is allowedre"istration in the &niversity# he format of Affidavits $an be downloadin" from

below "iven lin(s www#)e$(u(as#or"#inand to be submitted on a *on+udi$ial paper

of !s#-/ duly attested by the oath $ommissioner#

All parents/"uardian/students may download the same and "et them duly attested

by the .ath $ommissioner and brin" it on the day of students re"istration# 0indly

note, that there are two Affidavits as Anne1ure2 3 22# he Anne1ure2 is to be si"ned

by the student and Anne1ure22 shall be si"ned by the parent / "uardian#

In case a student does not submit the same he/she shall not be allowed to

proceed with the registration.
