Definition
Segregation is the significant alteration of low status (very low status) people (children) comparing to average by regional or by schools measures.
Low status peopl - people without
permanent income and having not higher educational status than 8 grade.
Low status children – children in low income family and parents have not higher educational status than 8 grade

The victims of segregation do not initially desire to be segregated, they do not prefer to be with their own people, in spite of the fact that thuis beleif is commonly stated by those who are not segregated.
