Option 1: Create a Visual of the Anthem Society

▪Materials:▪ Blank paper▪ Colored pencils and/or markers▪ Anthem book

▪ Specifics:▪ Draw a visual representation of the society presented in

Anthem. Be creative, detail-oriented, and unique!!▪ You must include the following:▪ At least five symbols (transgressions, important or forbidden items or ideas,

jobs, etc.)

▪ At least five locations▪ At least five people

Option 2: Compare/Contrast Anthem & USA

▪Write an essay (4-5 paragraphs) comparing and contrasting Anthem society with current American society.

▪ Intro paragraph with a thesis statement

▪ 2-3 body paragraphs, each with a topic sentence, quotes, analysis, and a concluding sentence

▪ Conclusion paragraph with a universal extension
