The sliding tray by Antec provides a movable floor system, which is designed to bring things in the pick-up bed within an easy reach. Available for most modern Double and Extra Cab pick-up vehicles and able to carry heavy loads.TRANSCRIPT

9 The centered traction mechanism with inte-grated unlocking can be easily operated with one hand.
9 The central positioning enables a secure distortion-free slide with little effort. Of course, towing with both hands is also possible.
9 The 5-stage tray with stop function is particu-larly advantageous in case of upward sloping grounds. The tray engages automatically in the next pull-out position when the control lever is released.
9 When the tray is engaged in driving position, it is additionally secured by noise-reducing rubber buffers (no rattle noise!).
tiE-down rail, standard EquipmEnt
9 The standard rail ensures a perfect tie-down of your cargo in driving and cross direction and complies with the EU directive for cargo security according to DIN 75410 and the VDI specifications.
9 In addition, this trunk sill elevation prevents the cargo from falling off into the loading space. As an option, supplementary fastening-parts kits can be assembled.

9 Even in case of tail-heavy charging it can cope with loads of up to 250 kg and up to 350 kg, if no full pull-out is required (dependent, how-ever, on the maximum vehicle load capacity).

din 75410 compliant The Road Ranger sliding tray has been designed in a vehicle-specific way making optimal use of the pickup loading space. Auxiliary Road Ranger system add-ons can be mounted, such as rear protective grids, a winch system for the loading space and a heavy-load carrier rack.
Furthermore, there are endless opportuni-ties for individual system superstructures by means of system racks, special supports etc.
An optimal combination of quick access to your cargo and high load security, according to EU directives and VDI specifications.
sturdy ExtEndablE load arEa floor
9 Birch plywood (Riga Ply) overlaid with UV-resistant (grey) film on both sides. Face side is with special slip resistant surface pattern.
9 Advantages: Surface with high wear resistance, decorative appearance, waterproof, resists commonly used chemicals and easy to clean. User and environmentally friendly, hygienic.
9 Gluing classes: Plywood is glued with waterproof phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive. Bonding is resistant to weather and boiling water: EN 314 / 3rd class BS 1203/H 4 (previously WBP) DIN 68705 Part 3/ Type BFU 100
9 Formaldehyde-Emission: In accordance with the standard EN 13986 formaldehyde emission meets the Class E1 requirements. Test method EN 717 Part 2.
individual assEmbly options
9 The quickest option (without drilling or sawing) is to mount the sliding tray into the existing tie-down system (Road Ranger-BusinessHold or Nissan C-Channel). We supply suitable assembly kits.
9 Furthermore, the assembly is possible directly in the loading space, even in an existing bed- liner... best together with a Road Ranger bedliner, as here the front radius is kept to a minimum.
