Anson Mount

AnsonAdamsMount IV (born February 25, 1973) is anAmerican actor. He is best known for playing Cullen Bo-hannon in the AMC showHell on Wheels. He also playedJim Steele on the short-lived NBC series Conviction andappeared in the film Tully.

1 Early life

Mount was born in Mount Prospect, Illinois[1] and grewup in White Bluff, Tennessee. His mother, NancySmith, is a former professional golfer.[2] His father, An-son Adams Mount II, was one of the original contribut-ing editors to Playboy magazine.[3][4] Anson has an olderbrother, Anson Adams III, and a sister, Kristin, from hisfather’s first marriage.Mount’s great-great-great grandfather was a Confederatecavalry colonel in the Civil War.[5] He attended DicksonCounty High School in Dickson, Tennessee, The Univer-sity of the South and Columbia University.[3] At The Uni-versity of the South, he was a member of Lambda ChiAlpha fraternity.
