Our Service Field Gelatin commonly used as a gelling agent in a wide
variety of industries including food, pharmaceuticals, photography, paper and fertilizers as well as elastic and adhesive materials. However, 42.4% of world production
of gelatin uses pigskin, and only 0.7% of gelatin produced in the world is deemed as halal.
While it is a smallest fraction from ingredients uses in
our food, halal certification also cover technical issue of safety and cleanliness of food establishment, namely restaurant, café, hotel, canteen, military mess, hostel,
