Another Scam in the Minnesota perverse

Meritocracy. Part 1 of 2

This article revisits this writer’s assertion that

promotions and rewards within our government and

political parties do not happen as rewards for serving

the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE. Rather they

occur for maintaining the facade that our government

promotes the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE, while

actually promoting the best interests of the wealthy and

corporate ruling class.

This article is presented as part of a continuing series of

articles intended to provide American Citizens with

information and reporting necessary for them to retake

our country, and restore our Constitution, Natural Law,

the Rule of Law and our Bill of Rights.

This writer's attention was brought to this article by the

following news story.

The above referenced, heavily spun article discusses how Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton, in

kind of an off the books way, paid David Lee Lillehaug's Law firm $77,000 for work that was

supposed to be done for free. Because of the "accounting discrepancy" this controversy did not

arise until a couple of weeks ago.

David Lee Lillehaug and this writer's paths had crossed many years ago. This story reaffirmed

this writer's low opinion of David Lee Lillehaug. And this two part series, will likely leave

Minnesota Citizens and rank and file Democrats with a new perspective of reality regarding their

government and Democratic Party respectively.

This article takes place at the intersection of fraud perpetrated upon Charities and Pension funds

by a certain bank, as well as that bank's participation in the wrongful repossession of vehicles

from 150-200 Minnesota families. The reader is advised that they can find the documentation to

The actors in this great play include this writer, current Minnesota Supreme Court Judge David

Lee Lillehaug, former Chief of Staff to a now deceased US Senator, Jeff Blodgett, the unnamed

deceased Senator, then Wells Fargo Bank (Wells Fargo) President Richard Kovacevich , Wells

Fargo Board member Daniel-Saklad, Wells Fargo Lawyer Sherry Hellerman-Gould, former First

National Bank of Anoka, NA (FNA)President William Bunker and FNA’s VP Roger Oakerman.

(There are other players but this is the short list)

This writer asserts that US Attorney David Lee Lillehaug refused to pursue this writer’s

allegations 20+ years ago of the wrongful repossession of 150-200 vehicles from innocent

Minnesota families and the subsequent escalating witness tampering threats which culminated in

death threats to himself. This writer asserts that if the now US Minnesota Supreme Court Judge

David Lillehaug had pursued this writer’s allegations 20 years ago, Wells Fargo Bank, NA

would not have went on to savage various charities and pension funds later.

This writer alleges that the US Attorney David Lee Lillehaug accepted Campaign Contributions

and other consideration in exchange for not pursuing criminal charges against the actors in this

Criminal Conspiracy. These Campaign Contributions and other consideration accrued to not only

David Lee Lillehaug, but also to the deceased Senator, for whom David Lee Lillehaug was the

Campaign Finance Chair at the time. This writer alleges that despite David Lee Lillehaug’s

transgression being well known to the Minnesota DFL and the powers that be in our government

in general, David Lee Lillehaug remains a powerful leader in the DFL party and Minnesota

Government.

In part 2, this writer will present the overwhelming smoking gun evidence and testimony in

possession of this writer that Wells Fargo and FNA were so desperate to keep from being entered

into evidence. This same evidence was provided to the FBI but the investigation was shutdown

by the US Attorney's office. This writer will further describe how the FBI he went to go to report

a crime, then enacted an FBI MLK COINTELPRO style operation against him when this writer

began seeking Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) as prescribed by the US

Constitution.

The true nature of your government and its attitude towards its citizens will become ever more

clear to the reader in part 2 of 2 of this article.

The effects this ongoing criminal conspiracy have had on this writer have been devastating.

There was no internet 20+ years ago. Elected officials clearly did not care and merely mumbled

such pleasantries as thats too bad or that awful without doing anything to address the situation.

This writer severed his ties with his friends to prevent their being targets of retaliation. This

writer quit his positions on various non-profit and charitable boards. This writer did not get

married nor have children to prevent them from being targetted by the conspiracy's assassins. For

almost 2 years, this writer barely went out of his house and suffered a deep dark depression.

This incident completely demolished this writer's sense of personal security and smashed the

foundations of his perceptive of reality. The knowledge that our government was completely the

opposite of its characterization in public schools, major media and Hollywood, was

overwhelming. If every aspect of government is corrupt, and this writer had crossed these evil

persons, by exposing them the only feeling this writer could manage was one of hopelessness. In

late 1998, this writer suffered a catastrophic health failure as the result of the stress these various

witness tampering threats and death threats. Several times this writer was told that he was not

expected to live. (We will discuss more about how such overwhelming government departure

from the Rule of Law and Natural Law affected this writer (and how it affects others) in part 2.)

It is no understatement to say this writer's life has been destroyed and his heart ripped out in

pursuing justices and bring you this story. (This event will be the cause of this writer switching

from the Democrat Party to the Republican Party)

This writer believes it will be clear from the evidence and reporting he provides in part 2, that

our Government and both major Political Parties are a perverse meritocracy that advances people

for reasons other than acting in the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE. Our government is not

benevolent as the major media and Hollywood would have you believe, but rather, it is the

perverse meritocracy this writer has described.

In the end, this writer believes that it will be clear to the reader, that if then US Attorney David

Lee Lillehaug had acted on the ―smoking gun‖ evidence this writer provided the FBI 20+ years

ago, thousands if not millions of Americans would not have been hurt in various Wells Fargo

Bank future scams.

time with compensation and funded with our money for the cause of #Tyranny; WE THE

PEOPLE are forced to work part time without compensation for the cause of #liberty with what

is left over of our time, money and energy.
