Generally, the entire system is with
approximately 85% coating failure
including isolated areas of flaking

13 GT 4 Piping Support
Piping supports are with
approximately 40% coating failure
overall
The most northern pipe support isheavily corroded at the area just
under the support plate. On the 2
most northern supports, there is
evidence of movement noted from
the failed coating on the piping

16 GT 5 Entire Piping System
There are numerous areas ofcoating failure noted throughout the
system such as runs, sags, "fish
eyes", mechanical damage and
failure due to contaminated
surfaces. Newly coated areas
exhibit many symptoms of poor
preparation and application of
coating techniques. Underside of
almost all the piping has moss build-
up (with corrosion) due to
condensate presence.
Underside of piping exhibits slight
corrosion developing due to
poor/lack of coating coverage and
the presence of moisture.

17 GT 5 Piping Support
Evidence shows that the pipe
supports were not removed to
recoat the piping
Crevice corrosion is noted at some
of the contact areas between the
piping and piping support as well as
at some of the areas where is
visible at the clamps
