WHAT IS TITLE I?Conley Hills Elementary School is identified
as a Title 1 school as part of the Elementary
and Secondary Education Act of 1965
(ESEA). Title I is a federal grant that was
designed to ensure that all children receive a
high quality education and reach grade level
proficiency. Title I programs must be based
on effective means of improving student
achievement and include strategies to
support parental involvement.

• Conley Hills’s CCRPI score increased from
73.5 in 2014 to 80.2 in 2015. We also showed
gains in challenge points.

WHAT ARE OUR SCHOOL-WIDE GOALS? • ELA:
• Students in grades K-2 will demonstrate a minimum of one year’s growth on the DIBELS
and RI Assessments.
• Students in grades 3-5 will demonstrate proficiency on 2016-2017 GA milestones by
achieving at/above on the Georgia Milestones Assessment.
• Math:
• Students in grades K-2 will demonstrate a minimum of one year’s growth on the STAR
Math Assessment.
• Students in grades 3-5 will demonstrate proficiency on 2016-2017 GA milestones by
achieving at/above on the Georgia Milestones Assessment.
• Science: The percentage of students who demonstrate proficiency on the Georgia
Milestones Assessment will increase by 5%.
