Enrollment over the past 3 years:• 2013-2014 124 Students (this year’s

number is greatly effected by last year’s double grad class)

• 2012-2013 159 Students• 2011-2012 143 Students In addition to the above numbers we also

have 60 students each year in our Pre-K program

Over the past three years, we have maintained an 70% student retention rate.

Additional Tools for Learning that SASB Include:

Special Programming Special Ed assistance from city of New Haven-

tutors, speech/language, etc, plus a Title I lab Interns from Quinnipiac Advanced Math teacher Grades 6-8 Certified K-8 Spanish teacher and Gym teacher Mobile technology carts for each floor Expanded music program to include a choir

group, more keyboards and recorders

Tuition Fees: Average K – 8 Per Pupil Tuition last three

years 2010-2011 $4,050. 2011-2012 $4,050. 2012-2013 $4,050.

Current average K – 8 Per Pupil Cost Tuition = $4,050. No increase this year!

Total cost to educate a child for SASB =~$5,660.

Tuition Costs per Student: Per Pupil Cost in Public School in New Haven is

approximately $10,000-$12,000 Magnet School average cost per student is

approximately $12,845 Average cost of educating a child in CT is

$14,531 Educating children in Catholic Schools saves the

state of CT $230,723,218 SASB will continue to provide academic

excellence, with a faith based approach, for children in New Haven and the surrounding area
