To Our Friends,

At a time when rents are escalating and the supply of affordable homes is scarce, EAH Housing is privileged to make a difference in the lives of more than 20,000 residents in California and Hawaii. Today more than ever, we are dedicated to increasing the supply of sustainable apartment homes while also rehabilitating older properties for long-term affordability.

We also know that a home is much more than just a shelter. We’re prepared to go the extra distance to serve our diverse communities — comprised of people of many income levels, educational backgrounds, job skills, religions and races. We work hard to put residents on a path to success.

Each community requires a special touch and we take pride in our work with cities, counties, the private sector, advocacy organizations and other nonprofits to create new opportunities for individuals and families. These partnerships are key to our ability to accomplish good work and bring about social justice.

We are celebrating another successful year that would not be possible without our professional staff and partners. We look forward to strengthening the friendships we have and creating new ones to expand our reach in support of families, seniors, students, people with disabilities and veterans.

Thanks for being part of our family, and for all that you do to make the world a better place.
