What people said about our training program

Training Programs

It has helped a lot in order to improve the research strategies that we use nowadays and it can be

used to make a difference by making it larger by introducing at more and more lower levels in the

hierarchy. Mr. Joshi Aditya Anant (Undergraduate Student) It made me more familiar and wiser with PubMed and literature search. Kindly make it more

frequent and compulsory for faculty, PGs and UGs. Dr. Satyam Sharma (PG Student) This program should be initiated early during MBBS curriculum from 1st MBBS onwards, so that

after UG they can proceed with Advanced PubMed. Dr. Yogesh Sharma (Faculty/Practitioner) This particular program has enormous potential and is very innovative. It is going to help me a lot

as a research guide, clinical therapist, Asst. professor and as a practitioner. Research seems to be

so easy & interesting after attending this program. Thanks to mam for being such a remarkable

speaker. Dr. Monica Moitra. (Faculty/Practitioner) QMed has been doing an absolutely wonderful job. They are a valuable resource for any

student/clinician inclined towards meaningful research. Dr. Purav Mody

Other Outcomes Based on Training Programs & Lectures Document Delivery: This year we delivered 667 articles to our individual members and libraries, and 857

articles to our corporate clients.

Web Projects: PubMed LinkOut: This is a facility of integrating a library’s journal collection details in PubMed. This

facility helps users know which articles in a PubMed Search result are available in their own library

collection. In India only eight medical libraries have created the LinkOut facility for their users. Out of these

we have done the entire project for two libraries (Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital and National

Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH)) and helped two libraries (SDM College, Dharwad,

and Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram)
