The enthusiasm and involvement of all the staff members in the process of achieving quality has been commendable. All the different committees of the IQAC have been working with lot of enthusiasm to try and bring out a change in the functioning of the College. It indicates that the College has definitely started new positive initiatives in the right direction.

Though it is only two years since IQAC has been set up in our College, it has definitely given a direction for our College which is continually striving for academic excellence. It has given an impetus to all the staff members, to critically look at the weaknesses and strengths of the College and work towards development. The key words through the year for IQAC were goal setting, looking ahead and plan of action, initiation of new activities and programs, hard work, teamwork, accountability, etc. This is evident in the innumerable academic and extracurricular activities conducted the year around.
