Dear Parishioners, Although our sense of Faith is of utmost importance, it is also important that we spend some time together relaxing and simply enjoying each other’s company. We invite you and your family and friends to join us on Sunday, September 9, 2018 for our Annual Parish Family Picnic, which will be held at the Ludlow Fish and Game Club on Sportsmen’s Road again this year. The picnic will begin at 11:00 AM with the celebration of the Mass under the pavilion. From noon until 5:00 PM you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious food, children’s games, music, dancing, etc., which will be provided by the various committees and organizations of our Parish Family. It is very important that ALL OUR PARISIONERS take an active part in this fun-filled day. This is one of the biggest social events for our parish and I really look forward to seeing everyone there! May we always be proud members of our parish community. Our ancestors worked hard to build up our Catholic Community of Faith, and now that same task has been handed on to us. Spending time together will help us to pass on this proud heritage to our children - and continue to help us grow into an even better reflection of the Kingdom of God here in the Town - continued on page 2 Annual Parish Family Picnic Annual Parish Raffle—Cash Prizes!! Family Holy Hour

Do your vacation plans have you heading away

from home this summer? Don’t forget to plan

where you will attend Sunday Mass. The

MyParishApp “Discover Mass” feature allows you to search by

City, State or Zip Code, and discover a Catholic Community

near your vacation destination. Attending Mass while traveling

not only fulfills your Sunday obligation, but allows you to

experience how Catholics outside of your home parish, diocese

or part of the country celebrate the Mass. It is a wonderful

experience, and always makes me feel like I have a bit of home

with me while I am on vacation. Don’t have the App, visit:

https://discovermass.com/ to make your Sunday Mass plans.
