Deanna Tomaselli, Associate Vice President, Red Havas
Millennials often get a bad rap. They’ve been called lazy, entitled, and they also apparently “killed” cereal, chain restaurants, and napkins over the last decade (among many other things). But before you go pointing the finger at them and saying things like “back in my day,” take a step back and get to know this generation…from a millennial herself.
Deanna Tomaselli from Red Havas will take you inside the head of today’s millennial (and their younger counterpart Gen Z who is slowly coming up the ranks), to discuss what motivates them, makes them productive, and tips for the best ways to communicate with them (and that doesn’t include offering Avocado Toast). She will also debunk common myths, showcase the most current stats, and take you through how to prepare for them entering (and staying in) the workplace.
