▪ Paper copies of all signed and date forms must be maintainted at the charter school or charter district office at all times (19 TAC §100.1023(a)(3))– Must be made immediately available to any TEA employee who,
during a visit, requests to view them– Signed and dated forms will be sent to TEA for review with three
business days upon request by TEA staff▪ Electronic forms must be submitted no later than
