24. By selling one quintal of sugar for `880, a shopkeeper gains 10% and by selling basmati rice at the same price per quintal, he loses 20%. Find the C.P. per kg of sugar and basmati rice.

OR A sum of `1800 was lent at simple interest. At the end of 2½ years the total amount received was

`2,250. Find the rate percent per annum.
