• Qualifiedteammembersmusthaveaminimumof$1,000NZ$1,100 Section 1 Retail sales processed (which may be cumulative to the value of $1,000 NZ$1,100) during the Seminar contest period.

• TeammemberswhocommencebetweenJanuary1-31,2011butdonot qualify by January 31, 2011 will carry-over to the 2011/2012 Annual Awards contest period, which commences February 1, 2011 and must be qualified by January 31, 2012.

• AllConsultantordersandIndependentBeautyConsultantAgreementsmust be processed during the Awards period, July 1, 2010 - January 31, 2011, to count toward Seminar 2011 contest credit.

• CourtofSharingachieverswill receiveadesignated itemof jewellerybased on their individual court achievement in the following increments:

1. Achieve 14 or more “Seminar Qualified” personal team members and receive the designated Court jewellery.

2. Achieve Team Commissions above $2,400 NZ$2700 on your team of 14 or more “Seminar Qualified” personal team members and receive your choice of designated Court jewellery or Baby Bumble Bee.

3. Achieve Team Commissions above $3,000 NZ$3,375 on your team of 14 or more “Seminar Qualified” personal team members and you will receive your choice of designated Court jewellery or the prestigious baby bumble bee. You will also receive an 18 carat gold-gilded bracelet with gold heart charm and gem. • AllqualifiersintheConsultantandDirectorPersonalSalesCourtswillbe recognised on their status as at January 31, 2011 (ie: if a Consultant qualifies as a Sales Director on January 1, 2011, she would be recognised in the Court of Director Personal Sales at Seminar).

• Court of Personal Sales (Consultants and Directors) achievers willreceive a choice of either a 18 carat white gold dress ring with three emerald cut created rubies graduating in size and four round diamonds weighing a total of 0.03 carat; or 18 carat drop earrings each containing a square-cushion shaped-chequer cut created ruby and three diamonds weighing 0.02 carat. TDW 0.05.

Increments will build with a $15,000 NZ$16,875 increment to the level of $175,000 NZ$196,875 and continue in $29,000 NZ$32,625 increments up to $320,000 NZ$360,000. These figures are calculated on pro-rata basis relating to previous 12 month Seminar year conditions.

• 2010-2011 Seminar achievement levels will equate to previous unitproduction increments. For this Seminar year, no bar pins will be awarded as these represent 12 months of accumulated production. However, Sales Directors whose unit retail production increases to an equivalent level above their current highest ever, will be rewarded with an elegant pair of 18 carat, white gold studded earrings with white cultured saltwater pearls and glitzy diamonds encircling the pearl.

The National Sales Director and her spouse will also be treated to dinner with the President and his wife at an exclusive restaurant when they achieve their pre-determined target.
