With the new menu changes, we will be providing a survey for each resident attached to your menu. Please leave the signed, completed survey in your menu as you leave dinner. Thank you; your opinion matters to us! Announcements & Reminders: Any guest who wishes to eat in the dining room must make reservations the day before or by 10am that day. If they do, they will be able to fill out a menu and must do it at the time of alerting the front office of your reservation. Please ask the front office for a menu. If you notify the front desks after 10 a.m. that day, guests will be served “Chefs Choice” for their meal. Sorry for any inconvenience. Starting December 1, to better serve you, a menu will now be provided for a hot breakfast. Reminder to residents and family: Any and all questions, requests, and issues should always be reported to the front desk. The front desk coordinator is responsible for forwarding the information to the correct staff member designated to the situation. The Village will continue to strive to maintain constant communication amongst the staff members to ensure a safe, clean, and friendly home for all residents! Welcome, Wilma Lovell!
