Felt little achieved until it was listed
Achieved lots of work on “invisible” things such as;
•creating a vision•creating our procedures, policies, forms, •working on the consultation information•turning the “I wants” into reality•research•discussions•learning new skills•meetings

Our timescales were wrong
Some costings were not accurate enough
Unforeseen problems like lack of land
This was because we were very new at what we were doing
So no need to panic if you do get it wrong.

•Meeting of all arts groups in Ramsey
•Chart for feedback from the community
•Video – for use with sound bites and clips from all RMP activities to be shown on tablets when we talk to the community
