BRIEF MANUFACTURING PROCESS EXISTING PRODUCT MANUFACTURING PROCESSAND CHEMICAL REACTION AND MATERIAL BALANCE (as per CTE)
1. Copper Sulphate Process Description In Empty Clean Reactor take 98% Sulphuric Acid 4000 Kgs charge slowly copper in small piece raise temperature to 600 Stir it and drown mass in 5000 Liters water and maintain for 2 hours. Then Filter in filter press and mother liquor to be collected in storage tank as dilute sulphuric Acid around 50 % and it will be stored for reuse and recycling purpose. In filter press aeration to be given for 6 hrs then unload the wet cake and pack as per customer requirement. There is no generation of effluent and entire dilute sulphuric acid reused and recycled for the next coming batches.

DETAILS OF EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT EXISTING EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT: Raw Effluent Collected in Collection Sump through Oil and Greece trap and pumped to neutralizer. Further it is to be neutralizer by lime water with small quantity of poly electroplate of settling agent and allowed for settling. Superannuated clean water pumped to treat effluent storage tank for further filtration. The Bottom Slurry to be transfer to filter press. Filtrate collected in collection sump. We have Treated effluent from storage tank further to be filtered through filter press to remove SPM. Again filtrate collected in final treated effluent storage tank and pumped to overhead tank send to CETP through pipeline as per the CETP norms. PROPOSED EFFLUENT TREATMENT PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Process description same as above, only capacity increased as mentioned below of ETP Unit. DETAILS OF DIFFERENT ETP UNITS:
