TASK: Challenge yourself to say thank you as many times as you can in one day.

Setting Our Kabbalot
• A small, achievable goal that has to do with the value.
• Examples:– Say thank you to your parents at least two times each day.
– Write two things you are thankful for in your gratitude journal each day.
– Write thank you notes to family members/friends expressing gratitude.
– Give someone a thank you gift for something you appreciate.
– Every time you get upset with someone, think about something you are grateful for about them before you speak.
– Say thank you prayers every morning and evening.
Focus Phrase
• Helps us remember our kabbalot. Try to reflect on your focus phrase for a minute or two each morning.– Examples:
