    Executive summaryIn this report the analysis of the companies training and development

    programs where done in order to know how the employees are been

    trained as what made the training as effective for the business. The

    level of the customer and clients satisfaction rose through which

    dimensions of the training. Every unit holds different strategy of the

    HRM in their business which is totally depended on the nature and size

    of the business. In this report there are lot of the example of the

    companies which is been discussed as how this training and

    development programs help the companies to increase the business

    profits and satisfaction of employees. The HR functions are very much

    important in the enterprise in order to move the business activities go

    in smoothies and effective functioning of operations. The different

    functions help HRM to develop the unit stronger in accordance to carry

    out the activities and functions in order satisfied the customer.

    IntroductionThe training is considered as the first step towards the change in the

    employees outlook and their behavior towards the work and customer.

    Many times the employees developed lot of skills through the practical

    experiences and so the training is a kind of practical experience given

    to employee in order to bring the best out of them. There are certain

    issues and problems which is been solved by the training that

    made which would help in order to make the thing more suitable for

    them as well as try to help out all the situations on the above working
