• DNR requests an exception from standard IOWAccess process
• DNR is responsible for staffing and funding of “Requirements Phase” using $50,000 FY08 legislative appropriation
• DNR will seek IOWAccess funding for Development in February 2008

1400 hours for Development, Testing, and Deployment
• Requirements - to be completed February 2008– Defined using DNR’s new Software Development Standards– Refine high-level estimate for Development and Implementation
• Receive IOWAccess funding approval – Feb 2008
• Development and testing – to be implemented Dec 2008
