GROUPS’ NEWS 2015 As we speedily race through the early part of 2015, it is with great optimism and excitement that I look to the remainder of the year and to the future. 2014 was another good year for The Angus Hotel, based in Blairgowrie, Scotland, as it was for most of the hoteliers in the Perthshire area, thanks to a rather large sporting event! The Ryder Cup brought with it, not only vast numbers of national and international travelers but also served as a reminder as to all that Scotland has to offer. Blairgowrie hosted the Junior Ryder Cup and The Angus Hotel was awarded the contract to host the players, competition officials and members of the press. The Angus Hotel has had a few changes in our personnel and made a number of improvements to the hotel over the past 12 months. The new team in place have approached the new challenge with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective, so expect great things next time you visit. 2015 is already very busy with many weeks in the Spring and Summer fully booked and with many enquiries coming in for the Winter months and beyond. We have revamped a lot of our group packages including our very popular Scottish House Party package, so have a look at our website or get in touch to find out more.
