Reacher studies suggest those with explosive tempers are far more likely to have arterial calcium deposits, compared to those who do not lash out.

Do your heart a favour and stay in control of your emotions with these tips:

This prevents from saying or doing anything harsh you may regret later

This calms you down and clears your mind

This cools you down and helps to get a grip on emotions.

Telling yourself pharases like “it is just a job,” “It is not worth it,” or “I will regret it later,” may diminish the

importance of the situation, and enable you to regard it in a more clearheaded manner.

If you can, take a step back and review the situation. If you are at a fault, saying sorry may help to salvadge a relationship.
