Extends the boundaries for initiating TE corrections to +/- 30 seconds

o Published draft report on impact of RBC on Western Interconnection The number of hours of Coordinated Operations of Phase

Shifters increased dramatically in 2011 for path 36 and in 2012 for path 66. A relationship to the field trial could not be established because the anomalies appeared in only one of the four field trial years and are more likely due to other factors.

• Will begin reviewing “Guidelines for the desing of Critical Communications Circuits”

• Relay Work Group developing recommendations for updating documents over five years old
