I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION

ANDA VIETNAM CO., LTD is a private enterprise established and started in Vietnam

pharmaceutical market in 1988 as one of the 1st private pharmacies in Vietnam, ANDA

VIETNAM has built up its experience in the sale and distribution of pharmaceutical

products. Due to good response from customers and partners, the company has

expanded its operation to the marketing, sales, distribution and retail service.

Serving foreign and local manufacturers as well as customers in hospitals, pharmacies,

GPs we have developed close relationships with both suppliers and end-users.

ANDA VIETNAM MILESTONES

1988 Started 1st private pharmacy in Vietnam

2002 ANDA VIETNAM established Drugstore Chain in Hanoi (under brand of MINH CHIINH DRUGSTORE CHAIN). ANDA VIETNAM received GPP Certificates from Health Authority.

2005 Expansion of ANDA VIETNAM activities to Marketing and Distribution of pharmaceutical products

2006: Acquired GENDIS CO.LTD for sales and distribution of outsourcing Bristol Meyer Squibb products in Vietnam market. ANDA received GDP for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products from Health Authority

2008: ANDA opened a new Division of Medical Equipment and Devices business.

Partnerships with Neo Agro Business, Nipro Corporation Japan, 3M Thailand and Smith & Nephew UK through GENDIS CO.,LTD,a subsidiary of ANDA VIETNAM

2009: GENDIS CO.,LTD received Import License from Health Authority for Medical Equipment and Devices

2014: ANDA opened new Division of Nutraceutical and Cosmeceutical business.

2015: Expansion of ANDA VIETNAM to Distribution and Logistics of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipments and Devices through GENDIS CO., LTDGENDIS CO.,LTD received GSP (Good Storage Practice) Certificates from Health Authority and Import License for Pharmaceutical Products

1.2 Business scope:

Sales and distribution of Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical products as well as Medical

Equipments (Specialized in Haemodialysis and Plasmapherosis machine), single-use

materials in hemodialysis, drugs, chemicals .... for the network of wholesale and retail,

drugstores, pharmacies, hospitals to serve the medical demand of people in Hanoi as

well as other provinces in the North, the Middle and the South of Vietnam.

- Warehouses: The company has a storage system satisfying GDP standard

(Good Distribution Practice) in Hanoi and HCMC. Products in warehouses

are managed by computer, strictly follow the FIFO and FEFO standards

- Drugstore Chain: the company owned a chain of 7 Drugstores in Hanoi.

GPP standards (Good Pharmacy Practice) applied to all the Drugstores.

- Delivery services: automobile, motorcycle and professional delivery staffs.

The company has a delivery system which ensures the immediate delivery to

the customers within 24 hours after receiving the order. Urgent delivery

service for life-saving products and out-of-working time delivery service for

clinics.

The entire distribution system, warehouse, delivery within Hanoi, HCMC and Danang and

surrounding provinces is managed by the computer network with the professional

executive staffs.

2. Regulatory and Import Service: with skilled and professional staff, ANDA VIETNAM

enjoys good relationships with the Ministry of Health and other authorities to support our

suppliers in registration and import procedures of healthcare products into Vietnam.

5. Manpower for warranty and periodical maintenance (for business of medical

equipment only)

Warranty and maintenance services are ensured by our skilled engineers, who have

been trained by the manufacturer on machine and materials.

Warranty period for machines: from 12 to 24 months

Periodical maintenance: each 3 months.

Our engineers shall be available within 24 - 48 hours to repair any break-down.
