For addition to the Student Handbook of RTRMF- College of NursingTransferees1.) All major and nursing subjects should be taken in RTRMF College of Nursing. (A student aspiring for Latin honors should have taken 75% of the subjects in the nursing curriculum at RTRMF-CN)

2.) Applicants who obtained credits from other schools may be accepted for admission at the RTRMF-CN2.a For those students who wish to transfer on the second year, he/she will have to take and pass ( rating of 60%) an evaluative exam in anatomy and physiology, NCM 100, health assessment before the student is allowed to enroll in RTRMF-CN should he/she fail in the evaluative exam he/she should re-enroll in the aforementioned subjects. 2.b. For level three transferees: a transferee from a top 10 performing nursing school should have a grade of 2.2 and above in nursing subjects. He/she will be given an evaluative exam in anatomy and physiology, health assessment, NCM 100,101,102. The student should pass (rating of 60%) the evaluative exam of the said subjects before he/she will be allowed to enroll for level three. A transferee for level three from a school which does not belong to the top 10 performing nursing schools will have to go back to level two, first semester and retake nursing 101 and 102 provided that he or she passed (60% rating) the evaluative exams in anatomy and physiology, health assessment and NCM100.

Cross enrollment2.) A student may be allowed to cross enroll in other schools, subject to registration rules and regulations, only for non-nursing subjects provided that the student is graduating and the subject is not offered in RTR for that particular semester.

RLE Grade3.) Failure in the theoretical component would also mean failure in RLE. The RLE grade will only be incorporated with the theoretical grade once the student shall have passed satisfactorily the theoretical component of the subject. No RLE grade will be given separately. However, the RLE grade for that semester will be included in the computation of the whole RLE experience at the end of the Four year course. A student who fails in the theoretical component and who wishes to re-enroll the subject on the semester where it is regularly offered will have to enroll the whole unit of the course (both theory and RLE). Cross-enrollment for nursing subjects is not allowed

Other matters discussed:

Case1: Two level one students passed in NCM 100 but failed in anatomy transferred to Holy Infant summer of 1023 and took anatomy and physiology and health assessment at the same time. These two students wish to re-enroll in RTR as level two regular nursing students.

Decision:They will have to take the evaluative exam in anatomy and health assessment. They should get the passing rate of 60% in order to be admitted in the College of Nursing. Should they fail in the evaluative exam they will have to retake anatomy and health assessment as a petition class in anatomy and health assessment in the first semester SY 2013-2014.

Case2:This is a case of an old student who wishes to enroll in the RTRMF-CN as an incoming Level III student. That the said student completed his Health Assessment, NCM 101 and CHN subjects but took his NCM102 subject from another school. Decision:

He will have to retake NCM 102 in the second semester of Academic Year 2013-2014.
