With decades of legal entertainment background, a former executive assistant to singer Paul Anka, she brings to the table a wealth of how-to. Serving on the Women’s Committee she brought SWAN Day to Houston and Coffee Talks throughout Texas. With decades of legal entertainment background, a former executive assistant to singer Paul Anka, she brings to the table a wealth of how-to. She strives to address problems facing actors in a RTW for Less state.

Your blue HOUSTON-AUSTIN LOCAL Election Packet contains four pieces: 1. A “Voter’s Guide and Voting Instructions” Sheet – printed two sides, showing all candidates and statements. 2. A blue coded Ballot. 3. A blue “Secret Ballot” Envelope. 4. A blue “Business Reply Mail” Return Envelope.

Step 1When you are ready to vote, use a black or dark pen to solidly mark the appropriate oval next to your choice of candidate for each office on your Ballot. Please note that ANY mark inside of an oval constitutes a vote for that candidate.

The ballot is scanned by optical scanners. If you make an error, you MAY request a replacement ballot. Contact SAG-AFTRA by telephone at 323-549-6458 or by email at [email protected] to request a replacement ballot.

The deadline for requesting a replacement ballot is 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on Tuesday, August 04, 2015.

Step 2Remove the numbered stub on the ballot and retain for your records.

Step 5Mail your completed ballot – no postage is required. 10. SHONDRA MARIE – I have truly enjoyed representing the Houston-Austin membership these past 2 years, and I am passionate about continuing on. I have been on the Houston SAG-AFTRA Conservatory Board, as well as being involved with several of the Houston Script2Screen Readings. This spring I have personally learned

the benefits of being in a union, due to an incident in another state. I now, more than ever before, want to inform those in our Local of the benefits and necessity of our union.

educational opportunities for all members but also increased awareness of what SAG-AFTRA membership would mean for those that have yet to join. I look forward to serving in whatever capacity the membership sees fit.

14. MICHELLE A. ROBINSON – As Board member, my goals for our Local: Inclusion of ALL members, developing more incentives opportunities, more union work, better opportunities. Professional actor, director, producer and long time member of: TXMPA, WIFT-Houston, Board member and Vice President

of CCCT. Published author of numerous articles on film/stage acting, anime. Producer/Director and Co-Creator of Houston Script2Screen Project. Working Producer of Chicago Gypsy Productions. Co-Chair of the Social Committee, member of Conservatory Committee, Houston SAG Awards Committee and Media Coordinator for SAG

Awards, cast member of Houston S2S. Past experience includes serving on a variety of committees as a chairperson and/or member and as a board president, including organizing events on local and state levels. Together we will make a difference in our local.

GLYNACE EASTHAM – A SAG member since 2006 and AFTRA since 2010, I regularly attended Board meetings and became “Houston Mixer Committee” chairman, which position I hold currently beside Travis DeLuca. I serve on “Script 2 Screen” and “Houston Conservatory” Committees, and currently hold a Houston/Austin

Boardmember position. My focuses: luring Union projects to Texas ( bringing work for Union members,) and increasing Union membership to strengthen Union influence in uniting and protecting Texas artists. It is my heart’s desire to continue to represent SAG-AFTRA members of Texas as Houston/Austin Boardmember-At-Large. I thank you for trusting me to do so.

18. LIZ R. GRAHAM – I started my career in broadcasting in San Francisco, mainly as an airborne reporter for KCBS, where I won an RTNDA for best traffic reporting. I continued working in radio and TV after moving to Detroit, where I was elected treasurer of the AFTRA local. I'm currently on the SAG-AFTRA Houston-Austin local board and

co-chair the Houston Conservatory. I have always, and will continue to, work on behalf of our members, to give them every opportunity to improve their skills and enrich their resume. We are strongest when we are united. Yours in solidarity.

05. PAMELA WEAVER – Performing professionally since childhood, a SAG-AFTRA actor since 1989, Pamela has extensive theater-film-television credits. Arriving in Austin in 2007, she added producer-filmmaker to her resume. In 2008 she launched the Austin Actors Conservatory, served as Local Board member and in 2013 was elected President of the Houston-Austin Local. Serving on the Women’s Committee she brought SWAN Day to Houston and Coffee Talks throughout Texas. With decades of legal entertainment background, a former executive assistant to singer Paul Anka, she brings to the table a wealth of how-to. She strives to address problems facing actors in a RTW for Less state.

06. MYKLE McCOSLIN – Since 1997, I have been a working actor and member of SAG-AFTRA in New York, Los Angeles, and Houston-Austin. I am passionate about our union, educating actors and being on the forefront of our continued growth and protection as a current Houston-Austin Local Board Member. I serve on our National Commercial Contracts Committee, created and chaired our SAG-AFTRA Houston Conservatory currently co-chairing, chaired our Houston SAG Awards Viewing Party, and represented our local as an Inaugural Houston-Austin Local Convention Delegate. ROBERT NELSON – With 12 years of service including 4 years as a past Houston-Austin Local President and National Board Member; Robert Nelson has the experience to represent members as SAG-AFTRA moves forward. Robert is prepared to confront the problems of union work by non-members and of restoring the lost film incentives. To make the Conservatory a place for the members to advance themselves and to make the local a place that serves all of its members. Robert is a founding member of the local Conservatory and Script-2-Screen. As National Board Member Robert has worked on the national Spanish Language Task Force, Low Budget, New Media and Disciplinary Review committees.

08. TRAVIS De LUCA – I am running for Second Vice President/Local Board Member. I feel the importance of being an active board member is in promoting our union. Long term member-joined in 1974. Co-Chair of the Social Committee, member of Conservatory Committee, Houston SAG Awards Committee and Media Coordinator for SAG Awards, cast member of Houston S2S. Past experience includes serving on a variety of committees as a chairperson and/or member and as a board president, including organizing events on local and state levels. Together we will make a difference in our local.

09. LIZ R. GRAHAM – I started my career in broadcasting in San Francisco, mainly as an airborne reporter for KCBS, where I won an RTNDA for best traffic reporting. I continued working in radio and TV after moving to Detroit, where I was elected treasurer of the AFTRA local. I'm currently on the SAG-AFTRA Houston-Austin local board and co-chair the Houston Conservatory. I have always, and will continue to, work on behalf of our members, to give them every opportunity to improve their skills and enrich their resume. We are strongest when we are united. Your blue HOUSTON-AUSTIN LOCAL Election Packet contains four pieces: 1. A “Voter’s Guide and Voting Instructions” Sheet – printed two sides, showing all candidates and statements. 2. A blue coded Ballot. 3. A blue “Secret Ballot” Envelope. 4. A blue “Business Reply Mail” Return Envelope.

Step 1When you are ready to vote, use a black or dark pen to solidly mark the appropriate oval next to your choice of candidate for each office on your Ballot. Please note that ANY mark inside of an oval constitutes a vote for that candidate.

The ballot is scanned by optical scanners. If you make an error, you MAY request a replacement ballot. Contact SAG-AFTRA by telephone at 323-549-6458 or by email at [email protected] to request a replacement ballot.

A search of the returned envelopes will be conducted to assure that a replacement ballot is not a duplicate vote. Should two return envelopes be found from the same voter (an original and a replacement), only the ballot in the original envelope will be counted.
