They all looked at Coco, covered with towels, like a poncho. The dog had just had a bath. Annie, Adri and Charles were taking care of the curious pet. “Let’s put the transmitter box in the collar for Coco” said Annie. That box was incredible. It carried a camera and a walkie talkie, to help bring Coco back when he left on his adventures. They talked and talked until somebody responded and said where Coco was. And the camera showed what was around him! …Todos miraron a Coco, cubierto con toallas, como un poncho. El perro había tenido un baño. Annie, Adri y Charles estaban cuidado a la curiosa mascota. “Pongamos la caja del transmisor en el collar de Coco” dijo Annie. Esa caja era increíble. Tenía una cámara y un walkie talkie, para ayudar a traer a Coco cuando se iba en una aventura. Ellos hablaban y hablaban hasta que alguien respondía y decía dónde estaba Coco. ¡Y la cámara mostraba lo que había alrededor!

Adri and Charles were getting the collar and the box ready, when Coco, still with the towels on him, grabbed everything and took off! “Coco, come back!” said Adri. “Coco, that is not a good decision!” yelled Charles, remembering what his teacher said sometimes in class. They turned on the monitor to see the images from the camera. Coco was holding tight the collar with his teeth! …Adri y Charles estaban alistando el collar y la caja, cuando Coco, todavía con las toallas encima, ¡agarró todo y se fue! “¡Coco, regresa!” dijo Adri. “Coco, esa no es una buena decisión!” gritó Charles, recordando lo que su maestra decía aveces en clase. Prendieron el monitor para ver las imágenes de la cámara. ¡Coco sostenía bien apretado el collar con sus dientes!

“I can only see Coco’s legs, running fast!” Charles said. “The camera is tilted” Adri replied. Suddenly, the camera showed something tall, with a hump. “Is that what I think it is?” asked Annie. “Yes, it is… a camel!” said Adri. “In our neighborhood? No way! But actually, it does look like a big camel” Charles told them. … “¡Solo puedo ver las patas de Coco, corriendo rápido!” dijo Charles. “La cámara está volteada a un lado” replicó Adri. De pronto, la cámara mostró algo alto, con una joroba. “¿Es eso lo que pienso que es?” preguntó Annie. “Si, es un… camello” dijo Adri. “¿En nuestro vecindario? Ni hablar! Pero si, de verdad que parece un camello grandote” respondió Charles.

“What is happening?” asked Annie’s grandpa. “There is a camel near Coco!” Adri replied. “A camel? Here? Oh, wait… I heard on the radio that a truck with camels had to stop at the park to fix a tire. They are taking the camels to a farm so they can live there forever. We can all go to the park” said grandpa. So they did! Searching for Coco and the camels! …“¿Qué está pasando?” preguntó el abuelo de Annie. “¡Hay un camello cerca a Coco!” dijo Adri. “¿Un camello? ¿Aqui? Oh, esperen… Escuché por la radio que un camión con camellos paró en el parque para arreglar una llanta. Están llevando a los camellos a una granja para que puedan vivir allí por siempre. Todos podemos ir al parque” dijo el abuelo. Y así lo hicieron! Buscando a Coco y los camellos!

Annie, Adri, Charles and grandpa walked to the park. They kept watching the camel in the monitor. Now, the camel was looking at Coco! But the images changed. Coco had dropped the box and the camera was facing the ground. Then, a fantastic thing left them without words. The box was flying! …Annie, Adri, Charles y el abuelo caminaron al parque. Seguían viendo el camello en el monitor. Ahora, ¡el camello estaba mirando a Coco! Pero las imágenes cambiaron. Coco había dejado caer la caja y la cámara mostraba el piso. Entonces, una cosa fantástica los dejó sin palabras.¡La caja estaba volando!

“The box doesn’t have wings, does it?” asked Adri. “It doesn’t” said Charles. “But it is flying” replied Annie. The monitor showed trees, cars, gardens, homes, all views from the sky. In that moment, a loud bark surprised them. “Coco, we found you! Or you found us!” said Annie. “Where are the camels, Coco?” Charles asked. Coco barked even louder. The camels were around the corner, getting back into the truck. …“La caja no tiene alas, ¿no?” preguntó Adri. “No tiene” dijo Charles. “Pero está volando” replicó Annie. El monitor mostraba árboles, autos, jardines, casas, todo visto desde el cielo. En ese momento, un ladrido fuerte los sorprendió. “¡Coco, te encontramos! ¡O tú nos encontraste a nosotros!” dijo Annie. “¿Dónde están los camellos, Coco?” preguntó Charles. Coco ladró aún más fuerte. Los camellos estaban a la vuelta de la esquina, subiendo al camión.

Coco was jumping happy. The towels were gone. “Coco, Coco!” a strange voice said. “Who said that?” asked Charles. “That voice came from the monitor… it’s from the box up in the sky” Adri told them. The video showed leaves, branches, and green feathers! “It is green and talks… It’s a parrot!” Annie discovered. The parrot spoke again: “Lorenza, Lorenza” she said. “Lorenza? Is that you?” asked two girls who walked by just then. …Coco saltaba feliz. Las toallas ni se veían.”Coco, Coco” dijo una voz extraña. “¿Quién dijo eso?” preguntó Charles. “Esa voz venía del monitor… es de la caja que está en el cielo” les dijo Adri. El video mostraba hojas, ramas y plumas verdes! “¡Es verde y habla… es un loro!” descubrió Annie. El loro habló de nuevo: “¡Lorenza, Lorenza” dijo. “¿Lorenza? ¿Eres tú?” preguntaron dos niñas que iban caminando.

Isabel and Emily were looking for their parrot, Lorenza. She lived in a tree at the park. “Lorenza, come back home” said Emily. “And bring the box, please!” added Charles. So she did! The big parrot flew to her tree, near the group of friends. The box was flying, thanks to Lorenza’s claws! Nearby, a truck full of camels was traveling to take them to their new home. One camel looked at Coco and said goodbye, moving his ears and his head. Coco replied happy with more barks! …Isabel y Emily buscaban a su lora, Lorenza. Ella vivía en un árbol en el parque. “Lorenza, vuelve a casa” dijo Emily. “¡Y trae la caja, por favor!” dijo Charles. ¡Y así lo hizo! Fue volando a su árbol, cerca al grupo de amigos. ¡La caja volaba gracias a las garras de Lorenza! Cerca, un camión lleno de camellos viajaba para llevarlos a su nuevo hogar. Un camello miró a Coco y le dijo adios, moviendo las orejas y la cabeza. ¡Coco respondió feliz con más ladridos!

After that day, they worked together to create a tiny box for Lorenza, with a camera, a walkie talkie and a GPS locator to know where she was. Coco also got a GPS in his box! Either flying or running, the images kept coming, and so did the new adventures. …Después de ese día, trabajaron juntos para crear una pequeña caja para Lorenza, con una cámara, un walkie talkie y un GPS localizador para saber dónde estaba. ¡A Coco también le dieron un GPS para su caja! Ya sea volando o corriendo, las imágenes seguían apareciendo, y también las nuevas aventuras.

Even the camels got one small camera, showing their new life at a ranch, running free. From time to time, they had a group of visitors that never forgot them: Coco, Lorenza, Annie, Adriana, Charles, Isabel, Emily and grandpa. Walking and feeding the camels was so much fun! …Hasta a los camellos les dieron una pequeña cámara, mostrando su nueva vida en el rancho, corriendo libres. Cada cierto tiempo, tenían la visita de quienes nunca los olvidaron: Coco, Lorenza, Annie, Adriana, Charles, Isabel, Emily y el abuelo. ¡Caminar y dar de comer a los camellos era tan divertido!
