Arabic Ministries of Washington, DC-USA
Pastor Sadek is reaching the Arabic-speaking people of the greater Wash-ington, DC, area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is also involved in planting new Arabic churches and has a large tract ministry. PRAISE: 1. Church members have been growing spiritually in amazing ways through
the preaching and teaching of the Word of God. 2. Many opportunities have opened for us to serve the Arabic-speaking
community in Washington, DC area. We saw a growing movement of Home Bible Study Groups (Springfield, Fredericksburg, Centerville).
3. New families joined the church from Iraq and Egypt. PRAYER: 1. A musician and a worship leader for our church. 2. Wisdom and strength to lead in this new year. 3. Upcoming trip to Egypt next month to see family and minister to many
believers in different churches. Pray for protection and divine opportuni-ties.

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS—Two amendments for the IBC Constitution have been approved by the Elders and will be voted on at the Congregation Meet-ing tonight. Copies of the amendments are posted on the bulletin boards and are also available on the tables in the Welcome Centers for you to review. If you have any questions, please see one of the Elders.
2013 RECOMMENDED BUDGET AND OFFICERS—are posted on the bulletin boards. Copies of the budget are available for members to review for tonight's meeting.
GIVING STATEMENTS NOW AVAILABLE—Year-end giving statements are ready for pick up, along with your offering envelopes, on the tables in the upper level Wel-come Center/Connections Café area. Be sure to pick up your statement!
BIBLE LECTURE SERIES—Fellowship Bible Church invites you to attend their 3rd Annual Series titled, “The Eternality of Hell and Judgment of the Lost” presented by Dr. Mike Stallard, Dean at Bible Baptist Seminary. The lecture series will be on Sat-urday, February 2 at FBC from 9 AM until 2:30 PM. Lunch will be provided. A free will offering will be taken.
DIVORCECARE BEGINS JANUARY 30—This is a great class for gaining encourage-ment and support. The group will meet at the Lowry home and will run for 13 weeks until April 24. Co-leaders will be Pastor Curt and Robyn Lowry with Terry Fominaya. The group will be limited to seven (7). Questions? Call Pastor Lowry at 304.263.5167.
FAITH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY OPEN HOUSE—The public is invited to attend “Open House” at Faith Christian Academy of Martinsburg (138 Greensburg Road off Route 45E). IBC SERMON ARCHIVING PROJECT - Volunteers are needed to convert our archi-val sermons from the 1970s onward from the audio cassette tape to present day digital files. These will then be uploaded to our website for use from around the world. You don’t have to be a computer wiz! The training to use the specialized equipment is very simple. RESTOCKING OUR MISSIONARY CLOSET
It’s time to restock our supply of goods for our mis-sionaries for when they are on home assignment and setting up house. We could especially use sheet sets (queen and/or twin), towel sets, toiletries (soap, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, et al). Please place your items behind the Welcome Center outside the auditorium clearly marked “Missions Closet.”
If this is your first visit to IBC, you are invited to a ten-minute Guest Reception at 12:05 p.m. in Room 126 to meet Pastor Mark, learn about IBC, and enjoy light refreshments. (For directions to Room 126, stop at any Welcome Center or ask any greeter or usher.)

During this outreach environment, we desire to have a running loop of pictures of people enjoying the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, etc… Would you please email your “favorite” pictures of you, family, and friends enjoying the great out-doors.
