The new developments challenge managers and strategic planners in multinational corporations to develop new toots to solve

communication problems in marketing, financing, and operating business across countries. World economic changes and business operations at the international level cause multinational corporations to alter their strategy and create a global strategy to fit thew environmental changes. The multinational corporations produce and create new techndagy. Mostly they have perfkcted basic structures of international communication that will help them send messages around the world in seconds. Although information technology presents dificult tasks and obstacles to operating international business, the multinational corporations cannot abandon this deveIopment. The importance of wmmunic~tion begides providing complete infannation, is the ability to send updakd information about a situation among countries. I involves not only having a tool to transmit the fastest information, but also recognizing the meaning of, and understanding, non-verbal messages h m the message sender. The ability of &e message receiver to perceive and interpret tbe information is very important because thinking pmess and culture di£fmnces may affect the interpretation of messages as between message sender and message receiver.
