Depressed centre grinding and cutting wheels feature an optimum blend of durable Aluminum Oxide with tough and sharp Zirconia Alumina, bonded together with a specially designed resin bond.
When grinding most steel, especially stainless steels, wheels offer the following advantages:
Free cutting action under low pressures
Low wheel wear and High durability and
Less grinding dust
These high performance wheels are available as Depressed Centre Grinding wheels (Type 27), Straight Cutting wheels (Type 41) and Depressed Centre Cutting wheels (Type 42) in various range of thickness.
The complete line of wheels helps to reduce the grinding time and the changeover time due to high durability, thereby increasing operator productivity. These wheels
therefore, offer the user, great advantage of reduced grinding costs with clean grinding qualities.
Grinding and Cutting discs are produced in the state of the art ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facility with stringent process controls and final product quality checks. Every batch of wheels are checked and cleared after grinding and cutting performance tests to ensure product consistency.
