Part 1

Press Start

It was a peaceful day in the land of Lata and

Şiba. But there was something different. On

the wall that divided the two cities was a gray

flashing object. It was sticking out from both

sides and both Dara and Şlopgen had seen it.

Dara went near it to see what it was. Şlopgen

was curious and rushed towards as fast as

possible (Not very fast). They both noticed a

flashing pink button with a web like pattern.

Their curiosity got the best of them and they

pressed the button on the gray object. ZAP!

They were suddenly in a place they had never

seen. Dara was worried about all the bugs and

animals. Şlopgen was keeping calm like a

Latan usually is. Later they heard a voice high

coming from a barn. They slowly entered the

barn and saw a spider a pig, sheep, geese,

cows, and a horse. They suddenly heard

someone talking and they realized it was the

spider.

Part 2

Friends

The spider said “I’m worried that I don’t have

much time left.” Being the good person that

she was, Dara went in and instantly said

“Why don’t you have much time left?”

Charlotte in shock said “May I ask, who you

are?” Dara said “My name is Dara and I’m

here with Şlopgen”. After that, Şlopgen

entered and he saw the fat pig and he got

hungry. He grabbed the pig with his big hands

and then the pig started to scream “HELP!”

Charlotte being a quick thinker shot a web at

Şlopgen and he let go. Charlotte said “If you

want to stay, please keep your friend under

control. He almost ate Wilbur.” Back to the

topic Charlotte said “I’m afraid that I’m going

to die. I have given birth and I have a really

low chance of surviving.” Dara was now quite

sad about what problem Charlotte was in.

Dara decided to do whatever she could to save

Charlotte’s life even if it was impossible.

After she had determined what she was going

to do, she said “I will do whatever I can to

save Charlotte’s life.” Then Şlopgen and

Wilbur said “Me too.” Charlotte now

blushing said “Thanks for the help but I don’t

think it’s possible.” From that they forward

Charlotte, Dara, Şlopgen and Wilbur were

friends.

Part 3

Exposed

It was a cold night and Dara and Şlopgen were

getting to know the other animals. Even

though all of the animals except the goslings

were scared of Şlopgen they were getting

along nicely. When it was morning, Dara had

woken up early and was thinking about a plan.

Charlotte was thinking about how her whole

life had changed and now that Wilbur was ok

she was feeling even better. Dara called

Şlopgen, Wilbur and Charlotte for a meeting.

Dara spoke up and explained the plan step by

step “Step one, we have to find someone very

smart. Step two…” In the middle of the

meeting Fern entered and was frightened. She

promptly went back home and called her

mother. Meanwhile, the animals were

thinking about a plan to explain to Fern and

her mother what had happened. Then

Templeton came in. He had a whole

newspaper in his mouth. Charlotte said

“Don’t throw that away Templeton, we can

use it.” Charlotte explained that they were

going to use it to write a letter. Dara very

quickly ripped out the words and stuck them

on the blank side of the newspaper. It wrote

“Dara and Şlopgen have come in peace and

don’t want to hurt anybody. Please let them

stay, we need them.” Dara and Şlopgen hid

behind a hay bale and waited for Fern and her

mom.

Part 4

An Agreement

Back at the Arable’s house Fern was trying to

convince her mother to come and see those

mysterious people. Mrs. Arable was soon fed

up and decided to go check it out. In about

five minutes they were at the barn. Mrs.

Arable wasn’t pleased. The only thing they

saw were the animals and an odd looking

page of a newspaper. Fern decided to pick up

the newspaper and read it. Fern read it out

loud so her mother could hear her. She started

to read “Dara and Şlopgen have come in

peace and don’t want to hurt anybody.” She

stopped and thought to herself “I think they

are the mysterious people I saw earlier.” She

went back to reading “Please let them stay, we

need them.” After that Fern nodded; this

meant that she had agreed to the peace

offering. Shortly after that Dara and Şlopgen

came out of their hiding place and started to

talk. They said “I’m hoping that you have

accepted our offer. We don’t know how we

came here but we just want to help Charlotte

stay alive.” Mrs. Arable said in disbelief “We

agree to help you save Charlotte. I guess she

is important after all the stories Fern had told

me.”

Everybody was happy about the decision.

Part 5

Good News

It was another they in the land of Charlotte’s

Web. Wilbur was newly waking up from his

sleep. Charlotte had woken up earlier and she

was surprisingly feeling very refreshed.

When everybody had woken up Charlotte had

an announcement to make. She said

“Everybody listen up. I have some good news

that I would like to share. Today I’m feeling

great and that is a great sign. It means that I

can live longer than I have predicted but this

doesn’t mean a lot.” Dara, very happy about

this decision was now relieved. They had not

noticed Fern arriving and hearing everything.

Fern seemed to be happy as well. Surprisingly

nobody had noticed Şlopgen sleeping on the

hay stacks. Dara woke Şlopgen up and told

him the good news. Dara, even though she

knew she had more time, still went back to

thinking. Wilbur as the curious pig he was,

asked Dara “What are you thinking about

Dara?” Dara kindly answered “I’m thinking

of a plan to save Charlotte.” Wilbur did not

answer and simply nodded. Finally, this day

had come to an end and everybody went to

sleep.

Part 6

Şlopgen Falls In

The sun had just risen and nobody was awake.

Şlopgen who was feeling the after effects of

sleeping to long yesterday, just woke up. He

was slowly walking but suddenly heard a

crack coming from below him. Şlopgen fairly

startled, moved out of the way. Soon after, he

heard another crack then another and another.

Şlopgen couldn’t take the stress and just

dropped on the floor. Everybody who heard

the noise woke up and carefully watched

Şlopgen. The crack noises got louder and

louder. And then a big crash sound was heard

and Şlopgen fell in a hole. Everybody

shocked, went to check on Şlopgen. Şlopgen

completely dazed, got up and looked around.

After a short time of investigating, Şlopgen

shouted “Hey guys I fell in this place that

looks like a library.” Charlotte came in slowly

using her web and noticed all the dusty books.

She was able to read some of the titles. She

saw Shakespeare’s autobiography and How to

Train Your Dragon. Meanwhile the Arable’s

were telling the Zuckerman’s about Şlopgen

and Dara. Mr. Zuckerman was quite pleased

about them coming here and wanted to see

them. When Mr. Zuckerman entered he…

Part 7

The Exploration

Freaked out. The weird human like figures, the big giant hole… he was mad. Dara tried to calm him down. It worked and Dara had time to explain. Mr. Zuckerman wanted to sell those books to get a lot of money. So he decided to come along. Mr. Zuckerman, Wilbur and Dara went carefully down the hole. Charlotte said “Follow me.” And she went off. Everybody found it a struggle to follow her since she was so small. Wilbur didn’t because she was so used to seeing her after all. Wilbur tripped on a rock and a crack noise was heard. A dim light appeared to the left of the ancient library. It seemed that Wilbur had triggered a door. There was a pedestal with a big book on it. Everybody gathered around the pedestal and Wilbur was feeling quite proud of himself. Dara read the cover out loud so everybody could hear her. It

wrote “The Answer to Everything - By: Prof. Dargen” Dara and Şlopgen found it to be a little suspicious because his name contained both of the main letters that were used in the names of their people.

Part 8

Reading

Dara slowly opened the big book and started

to read the book. The first page was about the

author. It said “I am a man with a lot of

knowledge that has to be shared. I have been

to many places far away and have explored

them carefully. But what interested me the

most were the cities Lata and Şiba.” Dara

stopped reading and was shocked. She started

to wonder if she had seen that man before.

And then she remembered that before she had

even seen Lata, she had seen a mysterious

man dropping the weird page in the first

place. Dara with that thought in her mind

started reading again “Şiba is a very narrow

and thin place. In Lata however everything is

the opposite, it is like twenty scoops of ice-

cream. But the really crazy thing was that

these two cities have not even seen each other.

A big wall had divided the two cities apart. I

have also lived in those places. First, I arrived

at Şiba. There they started calling me Mr.

Darbil which I fairly enjoyed. But I soon got

bored of Şiba and found my way to Lata.

There I had to have the letters “GEN” in my

name so my name became Prof. Dargen.”

Dara finished the page and had so many

questions in her mind.

Part 9

So Close

Dara realized that she had to get back on track

and focus on Charlotte. She thought to

herself: if the book had the answer to

everything, there had to be something about

spiders. There wasn’t a content page so she

had to find the page manually. After almost

twenty minutes she found the page. It was on

page 1284 and it had a big title and it said

“Everything about Spiders.” She scanned

through the pages and after a while she finally

found it. On the page it wrote “Spiders have

fascinating life styles. However, I’m going to

tell you more about how they give birth.

Spiders lay their eggs in an egg sack. After

they lay their eggs they sadly have a low

chance of surviving, some live longer some

live shorter. You can understand that by the

markings on them, how they act and how their

web comes out. During my research I have

found a way to increase their life span or even

maybe make them immortal. It is done by…”

Dara was very frustrated. The page had been

ripped off! She had come so far but the ripped

page ruined the progress. She had come so

close but she sadly failed. But Wilbur not

giving up, came up with an idea.

Part 10

Wilbur’s Idea

Wilbur suggested: “Hey, if the book has the

answer to everything, maybe it has an answer

to where the author is.” Mr. Zuckerman felt

really proud about his pig. Dara promptly

opened the book and tried to find the page.

After thirty minutes she found it on the page

1828. The title was “About the Author”. Dara

started to read the page out loud “As I have

stated before, my name is Prof. Dargen. Most

people ask me where I live. I usually tell them

where I’m currently living at. Since I’m

always on the road it changes very often. But

where I am currently living is on a snowy

mountain next to a volcano. It might sound

impossible but yes, I do live there.” Dara

stopped and was getting even more frustrated

then before. She kept asking herself “How are

we going to find him?” Everybody except Mr.

Zuckerman was stumped. Wilbur quietly

asked him “Why aren’t you mad?” Mr.

Zuckerman replied “I think I know where that

place is.”

Part 11

On the Road

Mr. Zuckerman shouted with excitement “I

know where that is!” Everybody stared at him

for a while. After that, Dara didn’t hesitate

and quickly got out of the hole. She waited for

the rest of the group. Mr. Zuckerman leading

the group started up his van and everybody

jumped in. He said that it would take a little

while. Almost thirty minutes later Charlotte

felt nauseas. She stayed quiet for a while but

soon she started to moan. Everybody circled

around her. Dara was worried so she told Mr.

Zuckerman to go faster. Soon the snowy

mountain and the volcano were in sight. Then

the van stopped and everybody got out. Dara

told Charlotte to stay there so she could rest.

They walked along the road. Then they met

eye to eye with the huge mountain. They saw

a huge ladder leading up to the top of the

snowy mountain. Sadly Wilbur couldn’t

climb the ladder because he was a pig. So

Şlopgen, Dara and Mr. Zuckerman climbed

up the ladder.

Part 12

Professor Dargen

As they climbed up the ladder is started to get

colder and colder. Soon they had reached a

spot where they could rest for a while. After

that short break they started to hear strange

noises coming from the top. It did not matter

all that much because who else could be

living there anyway. Some time passed and

then a snow storm approached and everybody

rushed towards the top. They were freezing

climbing up the ladder quickly. Finally they

reached the top and saw a wooden cottage.

They knocked on the door and a weird

looking guy opened it. He had big glasses,

was mildly chubby and seemed intelligent.

Dara asked him “What is your name sir?” He

replied “My name is Dargen, nice to meet

you.” Dara couldn’t hold in her excitement,

she screamed with joy. She said “Yes! You

are the person we are looking. We found your

book and there is a ripped page in the book.

Being the person who wrote the book, you

have to know the answer.” He replied…

Part 13

The Answer

“Um… You have not asked the question yet.”

Dara embarrassed said “Ah… Yes, sorry. The

question is about how we are going to make

our friend spider live longer or maybe even

immortal.” Dargen started to think and after a

few seconds he answered “She or he has to

bite an apple and stay upside down for

minute. The protein of the apple will rush into

her or his brain which will make her live over

one hundred years. One more thing…”

Everybody cheered with excitement but then

remembered that Charlotte was not feeling

good. With a quick thank you to Dargen,

everybody got out of the room. Climbing

down the ladder was quite hard but they did it

as fast as they could. This time they did not

have any break so they were getting really

tired. Finally they reached the floor and

rushed to Charlotte. And suddenly they

remembered that they don’t have an APPLE!

Mr. Zuckerman tried to calm everybody

down but it didn’t work. Wilbur quickly

shouted “Hey everybody, I think there is an

apple tree up ahead.”

Part 14

Apple Quest

Everybody realized the apple tree and with no

hesitation they ran towards the tree and

gathered around it. The tree was longer then

they thought so they could not reach the

apple. While everybody was trying to get the

apple, Şlopgen got tired and leaned on the

tree. A crack noise was heard and instantly the

tree fell back and hit the ground. When the

tree hit the ground a large “BOOM!” was

heard and of course everybody noticed. Dara

benefiting from the disaster picked up the

apples and rushed to Charlotte.

Part 15

Saving Charlotte

Charlotte was still resting in the back of the

van. She looked even worse than before they

went off. Charlotte opened her eyes to see

everybody excited to be holding a regular old

apple. Charlotte questioning their actions asks

“What is so great about that apple?” Şlopgen

replied “It will save you from dying.”

Charlotte still did not understand anything

and her nausea did not help at all. Then, Dara

quickly explained what had happened to

Charlotte. She looked as if she had

understood so Dara went on. She explained

that she had to eat the apple and stay upside

down for one minute. Charlotte was shocked

on how easy the solution was but it would

have her taken a million years to figure that

out because it was so random. But as she felt

worse and worse, her time had come and so

they had to act quickly. They gave her the

juicy red apple so she could eat it. After she

had eaten the juicy red apple they told her to

stay upside down for one minute. Wilbur kept

track of the time and when one minute struck

everybody cheered. They had saved Charlotte

from dying and now she could thankfully see

her children. It happened to be a great they in

the land of Charlotte’s Web.

THE END

Notes The Lataşiba part is before Dara and

Şlopgen met each other.

The information about spiders could not be true (I’m not sure).

At the time Fern was still interested in Wilbur but Wilbur had won the 25$ prize.

The parts are called parts because I thought they were too short to be chapters.

I am writing this sentence so I can hit three thousand words and that will happen about NOW.

When the two curios people from Lata and

Şiba pressed a button, it changed their lives.

With a big a ZAP they were in an unfamiliar

place. While going to explore they hear

someone saying she would not make it. And

so Dara makes a promise to save her. But it

won’t be easy…
