Anamarija Čuljak, from Mostar, No. 9 Splitska Street, during her university studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computing of the University of Mostar, was engaged by Public Enterprise Croatian Telecom JSC Mostar under the Agreement of Temporary Work for the period of 1 year and 9 months from 2011 to 2013.

In this period she performed tasks of an operator – presentation of services to existing customers, customer support and sale activities at the point of sale thus having her communication skills come to the fore.

Anamarija Čuljak is a person to be trusted, a person who approaches to performing her tasks with great care, a team player, which is a quality essential for realization of work tasks in the Call Center Department.

Punctuality, be it in coming to work or in respecting set deadlines for completing the work tasks, is another quality of hers which I consider to be important. She fit in exceptionally in the company’s program of engaging young and talented students, and by her work and motivation added value and contributed to the program, making its existence justified.

She is a person easy to establish excellent cooperation with, both on a professional and on a personal level.

Her overall results and achievements contributed to business improvement of the company, and she expresses great eagerness for acquiring new skills and knowledge.

Anamarija Čuljak is exceptionally motivated and successful person with a set of characteristics needed to any employer.
